★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I really sat here and debated whether I should leave three stars, but honestly? I can’t even say I’m neutral. My pup had been going to All About Pets, we had Dr. Callow, Dr Callow moved away and is no longer a vet at this office. Ember, my big dog, (Saint Bernard rottie x) is nervous because admittedly we need to put in more work on her vet visits. Well we went in for her yearly shots, and they were only able to administer two of 4 vaccines which is awesome! They sent her home with meds for her vet visits, and we haven’t gone back. Reason? I called like a week after that visit, to inquire about a spay for my dog. Also wanting to know about getting her dewclaws removed at the same time and pricing for that. I did not get to my question, because the woman on the phone simply said “we cannot do her spay here” which negated all further questions, and left me looking for other vets. This morning, we got her to the new vets office, her first time being in the building and meeting the staff. Ember was nervous, but the staff at our new vet, was much more willing to give her a shot and work with her and at the end of our appointment *AT THIS OTHER VET* the veterinarian herself asked if I wanted to schedule a spay, a gastro, and dewclaw removal. Whereas I called All About Pets, and they just told me they couldn’t do it. Said thank you and hung up. Cannot recommend this place for large breed dogs.Maybe for cats and small breed dogs, I have cats, we go elsewhere for their care. But for my big nervous kiddo, this place was not productive for her or myself. August 20 · Olive Osyris
- We loved this clinic and the entire staff, who were so kind to our dog Taffy. Dr. Callow is the sweetest vet EVER. Unfortunately, we lost our dog very unexpectedly on Christmas Eve, and even though the clinic was closed, they had an emergency vet set up so that we could take her for cremation. Dr. Callow wrote the loveliest condolence card to us, which shows how much they care for their clients. When we do decide to get another dog, that is no one else I would want to take care of them. - My sweet senior kitty is actually doing better in the last few months!! With a senior citizen pet, you do what you can to maintain their quality of life. It's been great to see that with some reasonable adjustments, she's improved! She naps on heating pads now to help with her arthritis, and has had to make some diet changes, but most of the time you wouldn't know she's an old lady. Dr. Callow always takes time to explain things to me and make sure I'm comfortable with the go-forward. I try to be practical and focus on the quality of my cat's life, not quantity, but of course I want the most I can get from both. June 24 · Jadyn O
- Love love love Dr. Callow. She really cares about the health and well being of your beloved animals. All other staff are wonderful as well. I'll be returning for regular check-ups. My pup was loosing weight and she helped us find a better food to try before suggesting a bunch of unnecessary tests. Pup is gaining weight and full of energy! Thank you All About Pets! - I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Callow! Long story short I stopped going to my animals old office because my dog had fleas but was never treated for it they just kept saying he had allergies. So we spent a ridiculous amount of money on allergy shots and other treatments. Finally I decided to get a second opinion so I brought all three of them into Dr. Callows office and they were finally treated for fleas. Couple weeks later my dog starts limping so I take him in and instead of right away doing all these expensive treatments she tries to save us money by starting out small and gave him pain medicine because she didn’t think X-rays were necessary just yet. He started to get a little bit better but it was still bothering him so I called them back to let them know, unfortunately my whole family tested positive for Covid and she could tell I was really overwhelmed. DR CALLOW OFFERED TO BRING THE PAIN MEDICINE TO US!! Never in my life have I met a veterinarian that genuinely cares as much as she does. She is honestly so good with all of my pets and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much Dr Callow we are so lucky to have found you!!! December 27 · Hailey Bolling
