★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Vet care is fine. Prices have exploded. A cat neuter used to be under $100, now it is $600. Also, they do not tell you the cost of things prior to treatment, and when you ask, you get incorrect information and intense sticker shock. What used ti be the best place for affordable vet care is no longer the case.
August 11 · Cynthia ForsytheMy cat was killed by the staff here. I will never forget the experience. It was my young sons support animal. I let the owners know and they never contacted me. That staff was simply gone and they rebranded. And I was still out over 1k for my cat to be killed. And the surgery wasn't even necessary! Money grab every single time we walked in this place!!!! DO NOT GO HERE.
May 07 · Kara PankiwI am sad to have to write a negative review. But I feel like this clinic is now $$ hungry. I took my pup here for allergies. She was scratching and miserable. They did a skin scrape the first time and she had an ear infection. Almost $400 later. Of course we needed the Citapoint injection for hundreds more $$ which we didn't do at the time.We brought her back 10 days later with the same issue. The vet tech came in the room with a quote before they even looked at my pup! What?!? Like hundreds more dollars and they didn't even know if it was relevant... we only paid the $29 check up fee that time.A few days later I called THEM to see if they would prescribe prednisone to help with this flare up...The vet was reluctant of course because the prednisone was $11. And said if this doesn't work she will need the $300ish injection. So instead of helping her short term to feel better, they are making her suffer so they can get more $$, then I have to call THEM to ask for something she should have been given in the first place? Poor girl suffered for 2 weeks for no reason.Makes me sad to see this happen. I won't be taking my dogs here anymore.
April 24 · Karissa BustosVery friendly, professional and flexible. It just feels a little high priced. But to be fair, I don't really know if they're higher than most vets in the area. But I have been satisfied with the care my dogs have received.
March 31 · richardCompletely wasted my time. This clinic is completeltly $$ hungry. Tried to charge me $705 dollars for two well visits for two small dogs. They tacked on an unneccesary heart worm check and after I had them remove that they still wanted $400. $116 exam fee for each dog?? The last time I was there it was under $200 for both my dogs well checks and shots. Won't be going back. Banfield is much more reasonable. Never had an issue. I liked this place and thats why I returned but I'm not going to break the bank on well checks and shots. Get real.
