★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the team at Banfield for how compassionate and respectful they were during one of the most difficult moments someone can have. They made sure both Cleo and I felt safe, supported, and at ease. They never rushed me. They walked me through every step with clarity and care, and constantly checked in to make sure I was ready before moving forward. They treated Cleo and I with such kindness, making sure she was comfortable. I will never forget their empathy. It meant a lot. Thank you.
August 02 · DBanfield was absolutely amazing! We had an urgent care need due to a broken nail and Ed was able to get us in last minute. Thank you and your team for taking such fantastic care of my sweet boy and the gift bag! See you all next time!
March 14 · Siri QueenReally disappointed with my experience here. I took my cat in for a free first visit, but afterwards I kept getting calls claiming they clipped her nails, even though they clearly didn’t. When I got home, it was obvious they hadn’t even touched them. Her nails were still sharp, and I could feel it right away. Then they tried to charge me $24 for a service that was never done, and now they’ve sent it to collections. How greedy can you be?I’ll be filing a complaint for wrongful charges and harassment. Totally unprofessional and not somewhere I’ll ever bring my pet again.
June 14 · Mathani HamidSaw them once, the vet expressed that my cat needed some meds and prescription food. We got the meds, but they “allegedly” put in the RX for the food but I have yet to receive it and that was almost two weeks ago. Every time I try to call I’m put on hold for the longest time and sometimes it hard to reach them in general, their portal isn’t even working properly !! I ended up going to a different vet and loved them! Banfield called me for the first time yesterday wanting blood work and all these crazy tests even though my new vet said that wouldn’t be necessary. I think they’re trying to pinch your pinch your pockets while you wait on hold for forever.
June 28 · emma szabelskiWe won’t be coming back here again. We have only been here one time, we wanted to look at new vets as VCA prices seemed incredibly high. Our appointment was at 10:30 just for physicals on 3 dogs, shots for 2, and urine analysis for 1. During this time everyone was trying to sell us on a wellness program when we hadn’t even met the vet or had any idea if this was a good fit. There seemed to be a lot of untrained individuals that had to ask questions to one or two knowledgeable people. For example, the lady trying to sell us the wellness plan couldn’t answer basic questions, the person checking us out couldn’t figure out how to put a discount in, and sitting in the room we heard a lot of “I don’t know” “let me ask”.When we had finally met the vet she mentioned they all had high anxiety (being that this is a new vet and new place, of course they do) and then tried to prescribe them trazidone and gambapentin to help with their anxiety. After an hour we got the urine analysis done we were told it would be a few minutes for the results, it took an hour to get the results back because “the machine wasn’t cooperating” but we had heard talk through the door about our dog’s urine test. Even if the machine was actually broken, just communicate with us, we had to knock on the vet door to figure out what was going on. Meanwhile the two boys could have been getting their shots but were just sitting there. This total process took 3 hours, after the “concern” for our dog’s anxiety you think you’d be more timely. Also my husband mentioned he needed to be to work in an hour and it took them 45 mins to finish (this is after shots were done and just needing to get anti biotic and checkout.) so they weren’t moving with a purpose at all.
