★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was not happy with the service. They just weigh my pet and then take himInside when there is an exam tableIn the room to examine. Also the vaccine was given inside away from us. How do I trust them as to what was done to my pet. The vaccine has no serial number as per which was given to the pet while they takeHim away from me. I do notLike the service. Will look for alternative options. The vet was open and wanted to discuss whatever I asked her but her assistant was so rude and looked like she was in a big hurry. When there was no one before or after me.
June 23 · Deepa DattaThis place used to be great, but had gone really downhill in the past year (vet is constantly changing, appts are never on time as scheduled, and it seems like lately there is a shortage of staff). I have called and left voicemails FOUR TIMES in the last two weeks (during regular business hours) regarding questions about blood test results for my dog Cosmo and have still haven’t received a call back. That is not acceptable and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
June 09 · S BMy dog had an ear infection and the staff was awesome showing me how to clean his ears and gave him medication. They had great service and got my dog taken care of quick and easy!
March 17 · Chris MichnaSo I went to take my dog for nail clipping because she doesn’t do good in a grooming area and at this place the last time I did, Dr. Schilling did a really good job and she said everything was fine. They did the nail clipping and then a check up, but now Dr. Schilling is not working thereThere is Dr. Lee and he was not really supportive and helpful.I didn’t feel from them all the love and care and compassion for animals and he told me that she the dog seems pretty nervous. Yes that’s correct and he doesn’t wanna what he called it “manhandling” her which I’m not sure what is that mean in his mindso we should just medicate her which is fine I don’t want anybody to get hurt, but I don’t know. I just didn’t feel that compassion and care and the connection from this team and even the medical assistant came in and then said that well maybe you can take her into a different vet and I was like oh you just wanna get rid of me now and the dog. This team just didn’t have a right approach as it was in the past and not happy about this.
July 10 · Panni Naastad (Pannika)I came in with my 9 year old cat Magick, he was having some issues with food. The team here are so nice. Upfront with costs, tests and procedures. Very informative and kind. They even reminded me of his rabies shot due, and made sure he was in good shape. My cat seemed to like them so this will be his new vet.
