★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love this location because they have one-on-one with the dog and the owner. I got a chance to meet the doctor which you don't always get to do at Banfield. I was going to cancel my monthly subscription for pet care but once I met the staff and doctors at Banfield at 1403 South Parker road, I reinstated care with Banfield. Banfield. Thank you Dr. Huamonte and staff.
April 09 · Tom CatoThe Banfield pet hospital on South Parker road in aurora has to be one of the most unreliable veterinary clinic not only is there customer service terrible with the employees . Not only do they sound like they don’t want to be there every time I talked about my cat they’d make me feel like I was being a nuisance. And if any communication was given it was in vague answers and belittle what I’d say with how my concerns of my cats changes and how sick he’s been. I was being told about more of the items they sell rather than what was actually gonna help my cat. Like yes thank you for telling me to buy your calming food for my cat who’s throwing up, not eating, not playing, sleeping most the day,and other symptoms that are concerning. Not helpful. I felt more stressed out about how the veterinarian would not clearly communicate what could’ve been harmful for my cat or even telling me what I could do meanwhile for him and even after explaining any symptoms he’s had and how he compared to his old behavior. There is a big lack of communication at this location and this experience has made it clear that Banfield Pet Hospital is just looking after their profit rather then truly caring for our pets.
August 25 · Lucio SanchezThis Vet (Whette) killed my dog. This is the worse place to take any animal that you love and don't want to lose. They leave dogs with known instructions to use certain leashes and anxiety issues alone to die. Not only that they don't even have the decency to reach out to the family for any compassion. Don't go or go on your own warning. I wish I had(EDIT) been over 2 months since this review was posted and no one has reached out with anything other then a sympathy card. They care about their patients and their pet parents.
July 17 · James Ver KuilenThe manager was horrible. The front desk girl said her name is Desiree. She made the entire visit miserable for me and the whole time she was supposed to be helping the employees but they were all stressed because she was nowhere to be seen which made wait times worse. She had a massive attitude and got snippy with an employee. Everyone else was really great, but she had such a horrible personality it turned me off for ever going back. She literally yelled at someone for asking her to cover their break.
April 14 · Emily MooreBanfield, their medical team and their staff have always been great for me and my eight dog that I have used over the years. I highly recommend banfield to anyone for your pets needs.
