★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Both of my dogs were poisoned and unfortunately we had to put one of them down. We were in and out of Seven Hills for 3 days straight dealing with our dogs being incredibly sick. The staff treated us SO well and were empathetic and consoled us during the process. They answered all questions and gave us the best options for our budget. One of my dogs was having seizures and the other one (rip) started getting fluid in his lungs and unfortunately didn't make it. It was so sudden and heart breaking. All of the staff we interacted with was amazing. We ended up switching to them for our primary vet due to how well they treated us!You can tell they really care about the patients and their families. 10/10 recommend.I know some of the other reviews mention the bedside manner but we have no complaints. We understand that it costs to get animals medical care and unfortunately all vets are businesses. They did not pressure or hound us for money and were empathetic when presenting the bill. They were incredibly gentle and mindful of what we were going through. Care Credit is also a lifesaver!
April 06 · January FrazierBeen there twice now, and have nothing but good things to say. Recently wound up with an injured cat while at work, and needed to get something done about his wounds. Staff got him in quick, did a thorough evaluation of his wounds, and got him stitched up, medicated + vaxxed, and back to me within a few hours. Reception staff, techs, and vets were all very informative and caring through the process as well! The other time wasn’t for medical care. Came across a lost dog on Halloween night a few years ago, and their reception and techs pulled the microchip info and got in contact with the owner, ultimately getting him back home within a few hours of being lost
February 07 · S BWe initially started with Seven Hills Vet when our son had a gecko and the staff was amazing so when we added a dog to our family we naturally chose to continue our relationship with them. Last September Rex has had TPLO surgery and then most recently a lipoma removed while also having his teeth cleaned - Seven Hills and Dr. Butler continued with their outstanding service and care! We are so appreciative of their friendliness, care, and professionalism.
July 30 · Robot375Everyone we have ever dealt with here have been compassionate, honest, caring and kind.We have a regular vet not at Seven Hills we have been going to for decades who we love. By the luck of the draw almost every time one of our pets (family members is a better description) has had an emergency it has been after hours, or the small family vet wasn't available. In those moments we have turned to Seven Hills. We said goodbye to our 16 year old boxer, Lily, there. She was our families first dog and we got her when she was 9 months old.We said goodbye to our 15 year old golden/cocker, Baker, who we adopted at 10 years old and who finally made missing Lily better, there. We've done the hardest things there. Everytime we have been treated so well. So kindly. With so much understanding. I am so grateful they have been there for us.A few days ago we took our cat, Charlie in. I was so worried. I was so resigned and scared when we walked in to have him checked. Because I had never left there with my family member, this was always where I have said goodbye.Charlie is 13 and I thought he was really hurt. But he is ok! I have some follow up to do and will take him to his vet for his check up, but he is okay. And I was probably overreacting, over emotional, and obviously scared. I want to say thank you to everyone, though I can't remember names. The first person who took us back and reassured me and was so kind, and the doctor who came to give us her assessment. This is a fabulous emergency vet.
June 27 · Lisa ThompsonI took my 2 year old border collie here after he had been attacked by another dog on our walk. They got us in right away and did a full exam on him to check for any puncture wounds. They cleaned him up and the doctor came out to discuss everything with me and what his home care needs to be. The staff was really great! I was still very shaken up over the whole incident and they helped calm me down and made me feel better.
