- brought in a puppy that would not eat and was throwing up. sat in the parklot waiting for them to open. walked in and was told tht dr does not see emergency on Saturdays. lol so an animal must get sick mon through Fri? mind yall I have 6 dogs and have been to this vet for 10 years. it's a shame that even pet care has become all about the money and not the animal.i am finding a new vet in dyersburg on Monday. I'm warning all that if you have an appointment with this place cancel and find a vet that cares about your fur babies. RIP Cassie,4 monthsold December 15 · crystal abrams
- I am very disappointed with the way you have to call on Monday to HOPEFULLY get an appointment, and the way the staff treats customers that need over the phone assistance and prices. Families are out here barely getting by and this lady told me it's unfair to check with them about what type of medicine your pet needs and check around for prices. Since when?!? I have to say even though the distance is greater, Bell's animal clinic is far superior to this office. This office believes it is unfair to compare prices in today's economy! Bell's does NOT make you call on Monday morning to hope and pray your pet gets an appointment and then gets to keep it. They take walk in appointments at Bell's. How will I know on Monday my dog will get sick or injured on Thursday? It's not like we plan appointments ahead of time and tell our pet, "Okay, you can go to the vet Thursday, if you're gonna go down, do it then."🤨While the prices at Bell's are very similar, they understand times are hard for everyone. They will gladly work with you if your pet needs continued care. They don't make you feel like a piece of crap for struggling financially, unlike the the staff at animal care hospital in Ripley TN. While Dr. Parsonson at this clinic is kind and knowledgeable, Bell's clinic has SIX VETERINARIANS ON STAFF that are equally as knowledgeable and kind. That means they always have time for you and your pet, and you always feel appreciated as a customer when fulfilling the needs of your fur baby. It's not just about money. May 10 · Aggie
- Me and my husband brought our puppy here for a checkup. The front desk ladies are amazing but the vet is very rude. He made a comment to me and my husband and really pissed my husband off. About how he's getting "his exercise running back and forth with this pup" well duh that's your job is to make sure she gets the best care without complaint. We will not be back.
