★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our first and only experience so far was needing their services for an emergency for my soul kitty, Rocky. They were so kind, caring, and supportive. We had to make the decision to end his suffering and I don’t think I could have done it without their compassion. It was not rushed, every single staff member we encountered was so sweet and welcoming. They explained everything so clearly when my mind was elsewhere. Dr. Sheikh, thank you for your calmness and ensuring he went peacefully with us there. I will never forget that. 🫶🏽🌈🐈
August 19 · Shelby Rebekah NagengastThe staff here were very comforting and took amazing care of Gypsy. What started as a critical condition became manageable and recoverable with the care and expertise of the team. They kept me informed every step of the way and sent me updates with pictures on how he was doing. Definitely a harbor in the storm. Without them I would’ve lost my best friend and buddy. Thank you for everything. You all definitely saved his life.
May 30 · Tracy JohnsonTook my dog DumDum in because his name fits his personality and curiosity for eating things. They were all so kind and understanding. In the whirlwind, DumDum’s nurse Olivia went above and beyond, including some outdoor activities to get him to evacuate the tummy as well as multiple check-ins with us in the waiting room. His’s Doctor, Dr. Leonard and Doctor in training were so informative and did not push additional treatments. The ladies at the front desk were also calming and very kind. The only negative was having to call the ASPCA Pet poison control number and pay them to have them tell me the same thing that the doctors told me. I looked at the salary for the CEO of the ASPCA and I did not really feel that paying for that call was warranted. I’m sure there is red tape somewhere. Hopefully we never have to use an emergency vet again, but if we do, I know where I’m going. Dumdum is back to napping in sunbeams, and I am back to watching him like a toddler when he’s not napping.
July 07 · Katherine MyersStaff was very kind and took great care of our dog chewie! He had a stick up his nose and they quickly removed it helping him feel back to his old self!! And front desk staff helped me feel calm while they took care of our dog. Highly recommended!! If we ever need ER services again (hopefully we don’t) we know where we’ll be going, they were fantastic!!
July 28 · Jasmine KuennenTheir staff was great! Very kind, caring, and knowledgeable of the situation. The building is beautiful inside and out. Very clean and well maintained. My cat, Mavis, had to stay 2 nights at the hospital and I got plenty of updates and pictures of her. It made me feel much better about her being away from home for the first time. I hope no one has to experience taking their pet to the hospital but if you do, I can’t recommend this place enough! Pictures: one from their staff and one of her back home!
