Animal Eye Clinic Reviews
Our diabetic six year old dog developed cataracts and suddenly lost his vision. We were referred to this practice for surgery. Everyone there was very friendly. They took excellent care of Bandit. Everything was thoroughly explained, and they took time to answer all our questions. It was a three hour drive for us, but well worth it. We highly recommend Dr Francis.
Jun 19, 2025 · Karen HFor your pet's complex eye issues, I highly recommend Animal Eye Clinic in Matthews! Dr. Graham created a highly detailed treatment plan for our Yorkie mix that was extremely effective. He's the first of many vets who was able to clear up this eye condition. 10 stars out of 5! Thanks so much!
Jun 27, 2025 · Jill MillardWe rescued a 13 yr old dog that had to have her eye removed. Not having any prior medical history is a scary thing when sending your dog into surgery, Dr Bradley Graham and his team of surgical techs gave us peace of mind by explaining in great details the procedures and risks. Dropping her off for surgery, I did not feel terrified, I knew she was in great hands. They called me right before she went under and the moment she woke up. I would recommend this clinic and their team to any pet owner dealing with eye troubles.
Jan 17, 2025 · Megan LoveYesterday we had the pleasure to visit Dr. Brad Graham at the Animal Eye Clinic. He examined our 12-year-old Dachshund mix Michael. Michael has been experiencing problems with his right eye and our vet (Dr. Ferguson at the Rock Hill Animal Hospital) recommended it was time for Michael to see a specialist. And are we glad we did! Dr. Graham and the whole staff at the Animal Eye Clinic were absolutely outstanding. Dr. Graham made a thorough examination of not only Michael's right eye but his left eye as well. We were blessed to receive great results after Dr. Graham checked out Michael's eyes. He said that the two problems Michael had been experiencing -increased eye pressure and an infection-were both gone. This was great news and it was thanks to the eye drops that Dr. Ferguson prescribed for Michael. Dr. Graham told us to continue to use the current prescriptions because they were healing Michael's right eye. He then prescribed a new eye drop for the right eye and told us to begin using one of the eye drops on the left eye. Dr. Graham said that by starting to treat the left eye, we could hopefully forestall any problems Michael may have. All in all, this was the kind of visit we hoped to have had but it exceeded our expectations. All dog owners know how wonderful our pets are, and we want only the best treatment for them. We are so grateful we visited the Animal Eye Clinic because Dr. Graham did exactly that for our Michael.I can't recommend them highly enough.
Jan 04, 2025 · Dave ShipleThe doctors, staff, and facility are just excellent. Everyone we've dealt with were both on point and empathetic, and the facility runs like a clock. I wish my own health care were so!Our little Halle had cataracts (first photo) which completely took her vision. The docs were able to restore her sight but, more importantly, her joyous and curious personality (second photo)! She had a couple of complications - her left eye was damaged by the cataract where it wouldn't support an artificial lens. And, she got out of our sight and did some damage to the surgical work two weeks out. The doctors worked wonders on both issues, and she has turned out great. But, lesson learned -- when cataracts develop, you don't have a lot of time if you want to save their eyesight. Act promptly!
