★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Have gone here for years and have never been super impressed, but the last year or so it's gone downhill. The doctor was very rude, and would never directly answer questions. One night I called for an emergency and the same doctor answered. I explained the situation and he literally said, "it's either fine or she won't make it to morning. No telling. Either way you traumatized her". NOT WHAT YOU SAY TO SOMEONE FREAKING OUT. The cat was fine though, no thanks to him. I immediately switch vets.

August 05 · Alexandria SnowI brought my cat in for a routine check up and teeth cleaning and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Very friendly staff, competitive prices, and overall great experience. I would highly recommend bringing your pets here!
July 08 · Taylor PepitoneThis vet office is probably the most rudest people I have ever met. Day 1, I called to make an appointment for Tinkerbell." There was no name. Okay. So I said the full and last name of my account. Still no, then Tammy got rude, and I had to repeat myself with what's going on with my cat. Technically, I have learned this vet office does not listen AT ALL even when we updated our info way back in August with our kitties name, and they definitely did not listen to our concerns. Anyways back to this story, I took Tinkerbell (Ariel) to the vet office. We saw Dr. Alana Wenban. Did lab work and a test. Ariel has UTI and hyperthyroidism and maybe a little bit of diabetes but not sure. That her bladder was also small. Gave us medicine for her. Her body was completely soaked with rubbing alcohol which should not have been the case. It should be a little bit on there. Ariel wasn't drinking water at the vet's office.I even asked if it thats serious to put her down, and the vet said no, she is fine. Ok, so I took ariel back home. She was fine until she fell at home in the kitchen, but she was able to walk. My husband and I were out for a few hours, not even 2. We went home and found Ariel not responding. Called emergency vet, and he said she is gone. So my husband and I took her body the next day to the vet's office. That same Tammy was there and she was even ruder that day. Obviously we was grieving and upset, I wasn't even rude to Tammy and didn't even mention that phone call we had. I told her I wanted to make a complaint about the vet who saw Ariel. Tammy started in and having a tone. I had to walk out then came back. That sick heartless person named Tammy shouldn't be working with the public, and the fact that Tammy was so rude when we brought our dead cat in makes me sick to my stomach. Show compassion. Anyways we requested her fur when they did cremation. My husband and I talked to the owner Alex on the phone and asked him questions. Didn't feel like our questions were answered and that Ariel died of a blood clot. Few days later my husband picked up her ashes, the front desk was even rude to him. We also got her files, and I was reading through them and I was so disgusted on what I was reading. Then her heartbeat was abnormal like, really. And they lied on the notes when we took her to her wellness checkup, saying that we didn't have health concerns. Oh yes we did. Her fur was one of them because it wasn't as soft as it was in the past. So my husband and I decided to change vets, and they are giving us a hard time with that and is so rude. I'll be calling the state and reporting this vet's office. We were a client of this vet's office since December of 2020 and this is how they treat people. We also never got her fur back like we requested.
January 30 · MelissaWe have been very happy with the care we receive at Animal Health Associates! I appreciate that all of my animals can be seen by the same provider, from my household pets to our livestock. Very thorough exams and Dr. Martin answers all questions we may have.
