Preventative and Wellness Care: This is the cornerstone of a long and healthy life for your pet. Services include routine physical examinations, tailored vaccination protocols based on your pet's lifestyle and risk factors, parasite prevention and control (fleas, ticks, heartworms, intestinal parasites), and nutritional counseling to help maintain an ideal weight and overall health.
Diagnostic Services: To accurately diagnose illnesses and conditions, the hospital utilizes advanced diagnostic tools. This includes in-house laboratory testing (blood work, urinalysis, fecal exams), digital radiography (X-rays) for bone and soft tissue imaging, and ultrasound capabilities for detailed internal organ examination.
Surgery: A full range of surgical procedures is offered, from routine spays and neuters to more complex soft tissue surgeries. The experienced surgical team prioritizes patient safety and comfort, utilizing modern anesthetic protocols and pain management strategies. One satisfied customer shared their positive experience with a spay procedure: "Our little puppy was getting old enough that we had to decide to have her spayed or risk having puppies. So with some good council and trust in the skills of the staff at AHBC, we took her in to have the surgery. Everything went well. It's been 10 days. Check up went well, stitches are out and we can play and take walks with our neighbors and their great pets. All considered friends now that no surprise puppies will pop up. Thanks AHBC."
Dentistry: Oral health is crucial for overall pet well-being. Services include comprehensive dental cleanings, extractions, and preventative dental care advice to combat periodontal disease.
Emergency and Urgent Care: While not a 24-hour emergency facility, they strive to accommodate urgent care needs during regular business hours, providing prompt attention to acute illnesses or injuries.
Pain Management: Recognizing that pain can significantly impact a pet's quality of life, they offer comprehensive pain management plans for acute and chronic conditions, including arthritis and post-surgical discomfort.

November 26 · Jane CombsI cannot express my gratitude enough for Brier Creek Animal Hospital—I had to work an early shift today, so my boyfriend had to take my cat (Melody) to the vet this morning, due to her having some issues while peeing. At her previous vet, they were very dismissive of Melody’s problems, and just told me nothing was wrong with her after running no tests. Brier Creek Animal Hospital ran so many tests today! They genuinely cared about helping our baby, and I’m so, SO thankful! They also provided a binder full of resources, so even though I wasn’t personally there, I won’t miss out on any important information💗. Thank you, Brier Creek Animal Hospital, for taking the time to care for Melody, and for listening to our concerns. Now she can finally get the help she needs, she’s already feeling so much better!💗
September 04 · Haleigh MooringAnimal Hospital at Brier Creek has been heaven sent for me and my beloved fur babies! The care they provide is UNMATCHED!! May 29 · Erica SmithMy daughter and I took our Vincent, a one year old Siamese for his one year check, vaccines and a microchip. A friend recommended this vet and they are close to our house, so we took a chance. We highly regret this decision. This was the worst vet experience we have had (besides having to put animals to sleep, but that wasn't the fault of the vets or vet techs)I will try to be brief and make this easy to read.First of all, we had to wait about 50 minutes past our appointment time. Even though we were the only people in the place. The vet tech, Leanne, (not sure of her title) poked her head in the room and said "Oh, I didn't realize anyone was in here" seemed annoyed and then came back a few minutes later and said (in a tone of absolute annoyance and disappointment) "Well, I guess I am going to be the tech today." She spoke in a monotone voice and showed very little interest in our sweet little man. She looked at her computer screen a lot and gave us a quote for the visit. The first quote she neglected to include the microchip, so she added that in. Then she said the vet would be in soon. We waited a long time for the vet, who apologized for making us wait. She was much friendlier than the tech, but seemed very rushed and hectic. She threw some catnip on the towel toward Vincent, but was not calm enough to help him feel calm. He was very, very stressed out and became more so by the rough way they handled him. They held him down to draw blood while he fought and meowed (as you would expect) and the tech said (no joke!) "If you would just stay still this would be easier!" He was traumatized by this point and we were too. In the hectic rush to get out, the vet then held him down again to put what we thought was flea medication on his neck. Then they left the room. The tech came back into the room and told us she neglected to add the two meds that were put on his neck (for worms?) And added 60 more bucks to our bill without even asking us or explaining it. So we left there paying close to 300 for a visit, vaccines and a microchip.I would not recommend using this vet. The main reason is that we didn't like how they handled our kitty and we didn't like Leanne's attitude. We also did not like having to pay for something we did not consent to. We were in there from 1:00 until 2:20, arrived early (about 12:45) and still spent a lot of time waiting. All in all It was traumatic for Vincent, my daughter and for me. Find a vet that cares about your pets and you and at least attempts to calm your pet and make it as good of an experience as possible.Vet visit Monday August 15, 2022 at 1:00 PMVincent's mom: KayleePic of our Vincent below.❤️
