★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The Animal Hospital is a great place! Our mini Goldendoodle was sick recently with a cough and thankfully we were able to be seen the next day. Nicole (our vet tech) was so helpful when we brought him in. I really appreciated how understanding she was and how she listened. Once the vet came in and also assessed our dog, we were able to get him on medication that same day and he was better within a few days. **On a side note, if you ever need to get your dog groomed, they do a great job with that as well:)
July 25 · Camille KaiserMy first visit with this practice was nearly a year ago. I was impressed, but knew I had to wait until I brought my "problem cat" in for his annual visit before I could provide a fair review. This cat HATES the vet. He's the reason I left my old vet. Normally a giant sweetheart, he gets very aggressive at the vet - I don't blame him! However, the staff at Animal Hospital at the Crossing did an exceptional job with my boy! He got his physical, 2 vaccines, and his senior panel (blood and urine samples). He was very scared, but they allowed me to handle him and leaned into what made him comfortable (food, he ate 3 Churro tubes). Now this was enough for me, but my fiance's surprise came when I probed them on dental cleaning. Some practices may jump at any costs they can add to a client's bill, but the vet said my cat's teeth and gums were not in need of a cleaning. After doing a dental cleaning for another cat over the summer, I was thrilled to hear this - it's no fun seeing your four-legged baby coming off of anesthesia. When the vet called to review my cat's labs, she remembered things I had said in his visit which was 3 days before. This vet may be pricier than some would like, but let me tell you - there is a reason why!!! This is an amazing practice and I will continue bringing my pets here as long as I can.
August 27 · Kaitlyn BaldwinI brought my recently adopted shelter dog here for evaluation. Amazing care! The staff were allKnowledgeable and helpful. The clinic rooms & lobby were clean and bright. The veterinarian took time to answer all my questions and give me guidance for this particular dog's current and future needs. I wasn't pressured into making decisions but I was given all the information I needed. Very thorough examination and assessment. So happy with this provider!
August 25 · Andrea L TaylorThe care you gave Renny Rose was wonderful. You also answered all my questions and helpful tips with new puppy. I would never take my dogs anywhere else.
March 18 · Lena HochWonderful experience overall from the first phone call in through the appointment to check out. I could feel the professionalism and kindness in the team and providers. The office is clean and smells wonderful. The provider we saw was confident and kind. Their use of technology and patient communication is appreciated and effective! Highly recommend! Thank you all for taking such great care of my Saint Bernard baby!
