★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I called to see if they’d accept my 3 dogs as new patients and explained that I was transferring them from another vet. They had a same day appointment so I took it for my oldest dog, she’s 18 years old.The waiting room was clean and didn’t smell as some vet clinics do. The girl at the check-in desk was nice.I did notice that the benches they have in the waiting room were the type you’d have in your yard. They were metal and did not have a solid seat. I’m sure that so that you don’t put your dog on it.The exam room was also clean and large. The tech took my info on my dog and I explained why I left the other vet. She seemed very concerned and understanding.Dr. English came in and introduced herself and listened as I gave my dogs medical history. After examining her, she explained the action plan and didn’t try to convince me that I needed to get all kinds of expensive texts and procedures done for her. She just gave me the medication I needed and one more to help my baby.Checking out was easy and not too expensive.I think my only complaint is that the parking area and surrounding buildings is all cement so there’s no place for dogs to go potty before going in to see the vet.
August 14 · Bea ReddCompassion is the first word that comes to mind when I speak of this place. From the minute the appointment to put my beautiful baby girl down was made, to the second we walked out the door. They were so kind and gentle and understanding of how heart breaking this moment is for fur parents. We do it for the well being of our baby's but the pain and guilt doesn't go away. Every single person I had an interaction with was so gentle with us and my girl. It was our first time having to go through this so they explained everything and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. These people absolutely understand and love animals. I also got this extremely Beautiful card in the mail that gave me a sense of peace in my soul that I needed.
October 29 · Jocelyn ParedesDr. Berg and staff were wonderful. My dog could not catch a breath and was suffering. Dr. Berg took a lot of time with me and helped me make the decision to euthanize her. Although we did not know exactly what was wrong with her despite x rays and ultrasound, every possibility was very bad. The staff did not judge me for my decision. They were great. Also, they had no appointments that day, but they squeezed me in which was very nice.
June 12 · Sherry SallsHad my dogs teeth cleaned here by Dr. Booth. Had to pay for two separate exams to get a quote for both of my dogs teeth to be cleaned. The quote was more of a low to high range. I had to pay 80% of high range upfront. To my surpise when I picked up my dogs, instead of charging me the other 20% of higher quote, they refunded me over $500 dollars of the 80% ! They even had to extract 2 teeth of one of my dogs. What a pleasant surprise that was!
July 17 · Rhonda RichThe front staff are very friendly and nice I used to love this place now I had the worst experience they sent me away with my dog took him as an emergency was bleeding a lot but except the vets assistance was rude just gave me a flyer for other vets and like that sincerely she should stay home if she doesn’t like it there! I’m a paying customer wasn’t going to get the procedure for free I’m glad I went somewhere else god only knows why! This happened 8/1/25.
