Haven Animal Hospital

Veterinarian, Animal hospital ★4.0

601 S State St, San Jacinto, CA 92583, USA

4.0
Trapped a semi-feral ("Buddy") for neutering and arrived at 6:50 am before the hospital opened at 7 am. (They allow 3 ferals in a trap per day at 7 am without an appointment.) There were about 15 people in line outside the door. Once inside the door, when the hospital opened, everything proceeded quickly and was very organized. The staff was efficient and friendly. The hospital had only been open for 3 weeks as Haven Animal Hospital, which was even more impressive that everything was so organized. The lobby/waiting area is very spacious and attractive. When I picked the kitty up at 4 pm after his procedure, again, everything went smoothly. The kitty had a head wound when I brought him in. I was informed that the vet looked at it and said it was full of cactus stickers/spines. They cleaned the wound and put antibiotic ointment on it. The kitty stayed 2 nights recovering in a cage with a litter box in our garage, safe and warm with all the food he could eat. He is now back in our neighborhood, being fed by various neighbors, having the best life we can give him, hopefully happier because he is neutered. Would highly recommend Haven Animal Hospital. - Theresa B.
