★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I would like to commend the staff at the Sulphur Springs location. I carried my male cat in today for neutering. I was met at the door by a nice & helpful young man, who immediately took my pet to the back. I was quickly checked in up front and on my way in just a few minutes. Everyone was friendly, easy going & helpful. Thank you so much for all you do for all of us. God bless you.
August 27 · Patricia BrownThis was my first time to use them. A Friend of mine recommended them to me.She has been using them for years. And I just got a dog from one of the grandsons, because he moving to California.I am impressed. All new clients are asked to bring their dogs or cats to their clinic at 10 am.Their website explains the details and their Google Maps profile covers the basics. You might have a few cars and trucks in their parking lot like today when I arrived before 10 am.You bring your cat in a cage. You bring your dog on a leash. They hand out paperwork that you complete for each pet and there is one page that covers their services and supplies for your pet.You complete the form and then they explain what they can provide for your pet and what it costs. You pay the amount printed. Very simple. Then you wait for your pet's name to be called. You take the pet into a smaller room that looks just like any veteran room. My new dog got her shots, nose spray and nails clipped. I walked her out to the waiting room and to the car. We went home. Thanks!
July 01 · Fred HollandWonderful place. They are very efficient and organized, and were able to give my kitten the much needed vaccines at an extremely discounted price which was a lifesaver for me.There are complaints on here that I don’t understand. In order to do what they do (see as MANY animals as they can, in a tight time-frame), they have to be quick and efficient and don’t have the luxury to hand hold and coddle the owners. I understand that and was not “offended” by their efficiency. We were in and out. This is a discounted service. If you want to be able to be with your animal and ask questions, then go to a regular veterinary office.Thank you guys!
August 11 · Lindsey FreeI have zero complaints about this organization. We had a stray dog that has apparently been in the neighborhood around our business for years with some people feeding her but no one claiming her. She ended up claiming us, with that being said she needed to be spayed. APL was a great price. The work they do by offering low cost spay/neuters is awesome and I couldn't be more grateful
July 07 · Becky McFarlandAmazing staff, well run, and affordable. We use them for our shelter cats, vetting, spay/neuter, and our personal dogs and cats yearly care. We get our preventions from them as well at the lowest prices.Check out their easy to use scheduling for surgery online and their low-cost pricing form.
