This blend of top-tier medical expertise and genuine empathy is what sets them apart. The clinic's unique protocol of allowing owners to wait comfortably at home until they are contacted to come in also helps alleviate stress, ensuring a streamlined and less anxiety-inducing experience for both the pet and the owner. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Yesterday, I had an incident with my dog Asher after returning from a trip up north. I hadn’t unloaded the car yet, and unfortunately, while he was sniffing around some fishing poles, Asher got a treble hook from a rooster tail lure stuck in his lip. I drove him to animal urgent care, and I can’t say enough about the incredible care we received. The staff was not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly kind and compassionate. They treated Asher with such gentleness and reassured me every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the top-tier treatment we received.
July 15 · Jules MarkhamWe were very satisfied by our experience at the Animal Urgent Center. The staff was professional, respectful, and kind to our dog—they seemed to enjoy working with each other, as well as with the animals. The doctor also really listened to what we were saying and explained everything to us thoroughly. We felt we were in good hands at a stressful time. I would also add that the prices were reasonable, and the protocol of waiting at home until contacted to come in alleviated extra stress and time in the office. We had heard good things about the Animal Urgent Center from other people we know, and can now add our own positive recommendation.
August 24 · Susan BarrowI have recently moved back to Michigan with my dog who had Lymphoma. She became very sick and I did not have a vet yet. I took her to AUC. The ease of scheduling an appt and being seen by a vet was seamless. The staff were AMAZING! They were so incredibly knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, thorough, comforting, honest… I can’t say enough. Unfortunately I had to put my sweet baby down a few days later. This facility and these doctors/vet techs were there for us again. This was the worse day of my life, but they made me feel at peace. I HIGHLY recommend this facility and these doctors! Thank you AUC… for everything. Xoxo
April 27 · Melissa CampeauRegistration was quick and easy, and I really appreciated the helpful text message updates. The staff is incredibly compassionate and made the whole process less stressful. Jason, the tech, deserves 5 stars all around—my dog is very loud and barks constantly, but he was so patient and wonderful with her. Dr. Woodworth is truly an all-star vet! 🐾 We drove an hour based on all the positive reviews, and it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend if your dog is sick!
August 22 · Courtney FieldsWhen our regular vet was booked, they sent me a list of urgent cares where I could take my sweet friend to be seen. We were able to get into Animal Urgent Center quickly and though it was arguably one of the worst days of our family's life, I was incredibly impressed by how all of the staff was so loving towards our girl. They met me outside to help since she was going to be difficult to carry in, they made sure she was comfortable in the room and waited patiently for me to get in from the parking lot. The veterinarian was so knowledgeable and she quickly knew exactly what was happening while wasting no time on unnecessary things. The staff were all so kind and compassionate toward my girl and my whole family as we said the hardest of goodbyes. They went above and beyond and I cannot even begin to thank them enough for making such a hard experience tolerable. Thank you to everyone who loved on Rosie in her last moments with us.
