Jun 23, 2025 · Philip SpearI cannot say enough about how kind, caring, and professional all the doctors, techs, and staff are here. They ALL took such good care of my Beautiful Beau while he stayed there. So, compassionate! Always looking at the animals as if they were their own. Everyone was honest and true. THANK YOU. Proverbs 12:10-a righteous man cares about animal health!
Jun 13, 2025 · Carol D'AvriaI've been here with 3 animals and the price is high $500+-900 or more pending. I selected on the paperwork to run by me before doing the treatment and 2x did not do they still treated without consulting or running prices by with the vet and responsible for paying. The front desk refers to the vet for pricing but than they do not go over with me the pricing and referred to front desk with a large bill. I like to know pricing ahead to see what able to do they could easily run up the bill possibly because a higher income area.2ndly, the Dr did properly diagnose my fur baby which Im thankful for with a serious condition stated will die unless surgery but focused more on low possibility of surviving. I was able to get her help thru an outside source that I found on my own: anicira.org Anicira veteranary center in Manassas and Harrisonburg ( we went too, many parents travel here) VA a cheaper price to save your fur baby opposed to euthanasia only option. The Dr suggestions were not lifesaving and low prognosis due to cost over $10,000-18,000 surgery and her decline. They deal with alot of death and when I was compassionate to the Dr and staff they seemed cold to receiving when alot of parents are grieving here. I was in prep mode to loose my fur baby but by God's grace and leading me to life saving help and her strong will to live. I feel the oxygen helped, she drank water alot on her own and food after getting home from avec pain meds jelped Im sure. She and I worked together -I believe she understood, and prepped for surgery and she SURVIVED and THRIVING now. :) Anicira was under $2,000 for the surgery ( diaphramic hernia) and they have a loan program which helps alot. Not alot of vets will do the surgery it seems. The staff are great and worth driving 3 hrs for, they and I took a shot at life and it was worth the hard work. It was a dicey situation but prayer and seeking lower cost paid off in this case. I hope AAvec can offer cheaper care in the future to add to quality of Life and the vets will feel better in care. These are current photos of her June 2025 I'll add after surgery as well. The surgery was the end of February.. I hope this helps a fur parent extend their babies life.
Jun 28, 2025 · LindsayAfter checking multiple places, this experience was wonderful at the start! The call was compassionate, and when we arrived, the care was amazing. Highly recommend them. I cannot say enough. Our little boy is home and well.T Andrews
Jun 23, 2025 · Tammy AndrewsThe doctors and staff here are incredible! They saved my dogs life! They showed kindness and care at all times. Even though I dealt with many different doctors (my dog was in the hospital for 3 days) each one of them made me feel my dog was taken good care of. I was able to visit her each day and feed her food that she loved (fresh chicken!). The front staff are absolutely the best. I'm so grateful to everyone that works here.
