★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love this vet!!! My sweet girl Bella had her first visit with them today, and she loved them!! Vet visits typically make her anxious, but not here!! The staff are all so incredibly kind, nonjudgmental, helpful, and understanding. They worked with me on my budget and did as much as they could for my girl and I’m so thankful for that. My pup loved everyone here, wasn’t scared or anxious for a moment, and actually didn’t want to leave. I realized I forgot to pay once I was in my car, so I opened my car door to go back inside, and my dog, genuinely excited, ran full speed to go back inside. I 100% recommend this clinic!! As long as I’m in the Cleveland area, Appalachian animal clinic will be the vet clinic for my pup.
August 25 · Ashley EddinsI have been using this vet for years.. Dr Conley always has my fur babies back and the front desk is always friendly and kind.. I love this vet!! On July 1st 2025 my 4 pound yorkie named Chloe Starr was stung in the mouth by a honey bee and with in seconds she showed symptoms of been allergic, her tongue started to swell and just about stopped breathing.. talking about scary,,, so driving over 100 mph to Chattanooga to the emergency vet and her having to stay there over night and half the day the next day and us having a vet bill of 4.500 which I am perfectly ok with cuz my baby girl is on the way to recovery. Took her for a check up with her primary dr which is Sheila Conley which is absolutely amazing and does so awesome with my babies. Chloe is still on the road to recovery.. Thank you all and you are all amazing!!
July 10 · Christopher WebsterFriendly staff, flexible scheduling and most of all-- affordable! Our rescue has been sick recently and they have worked around their schedule to take care of her. Very happy with the entire staff here!
July 17 · Brian LaddDR Connelly was wonderful with Polly. She gave her all the pats and listened to everything I said while she exams her. When we discussed options to treat her allergies, she took time to explain and educate me. There was no pressure to purchase meds from them just a genuine desire to help.
June 22 · Shannon Hartnett KinzerI’ve brought multiple animals to Appalachian Animal Clinic, and they have always been amazing! The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the well-being of every pet. Their prices are fair, and they provide top-notch care without unnecessary upsells. I always feel confident bringing my pets here, knowing they’re in great hands. Highly recommend!
