★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Unfortunately had to bring my dog here to be put down after trying what we could. The doctor is older, but compassionate and understood our situation. There was no attempt to upcharge or try other examinations that other places tried to do. The final cost was very fair and reasonable compared to another place we visited.
April 01 · Jin BaekWas disappointed in my experience here. They took me in knowing my cat had a potential urinary blockage (serious and can be deadly) I got an appointment the same day I called them at 4pm and even got there early but they just massaged his bladder and told me it was full and that they couldn't do anything to help him cause it was close to closing time.I've been to other vets since and when they know they need more time to tend to certain issues (especially when it comes to urinary issues) they'll usually let me bring my cat ahead of time or just tell me to see another vet. I ended up going to a different vet the next day and told them about my experience here and they were surprised that they straight up didn't do anything. Would not come back here again.
May 19 · Amrita KishoreWe loved our experience here, Dr. Kim was so nice and helpful! The staff was very friendly! Seems reasonably priced as well!
November 15 · Sabrina SaenzDO NOT bring your pet here. They are a complete SCAM! I have been coming to this vet for about a year now since it was the closest one to my house. I normally always felt like I was charged for things that weren’t exactly necessary but I ignored it because they were cheap. But I just recently brought my cat in because he had fleas and was charged almost $400… FOR FLEAS. What’s even worse… this vet visit didn’t even fix the problem!! I ended up having to pay a groomer to shave him and give him a flea bath which ran me $120. I expressed my disappointment to them and asked for a refund and all they wanted to offer me was a refund for the medications for $100…. I told them that wasn’t acceptable and I ended a full refund and they refused. So when it came time to take it up with my bank at this point… I called them one last time to give them a chance to refund me. A woman claiming to be the office manager called me, was extremely rude, refused to refund me, and hung up on me. I will be taking them to court. Don’t even bother wasting your time with this place. Take your pet somewhere more professional and won’t steal your money.
July 23 · Jasmine RosaTook my 2mo.Shih tzu for her second regular shot, DHPP, Bordetella and as I took her out to pay at the front desk she was really drug out she couldn't even stand on her own. I asked if that is normal and the receptionist said that's normal. Took her home where she was still drowsy so I called back and told me if she vomits or dirrerea to bring back in but it was too late after a hour and 30 minutes she was not breathing took her in where Dr. said he was sorry she has passed! How does this happen? First time costumer here and NEVER going back! BE WARNED!!!
