May 15, 2025 · Brody Chicken CoyoteThis vet used to be amazing when Doctor Flowers was there. I was there not too long ago for my dog to have a full exam, and when I asked for paperwork saying he's been neutered, they couldn't determine whether he was or not. How is that possible when he just had a full body exam??? The prices are ridiculous, staff are rude, and they always recommend Lewiston or Portland for an er vet, both of which are the worst er vets you could go to. Definitely do not recommend this vet. If you love your pet as much as I do, I suggest doing research into a new and better veterinary office.
May 12, 2025 · Leah VirginI usually do not post negative reviews, but if I were seeking a veterinarian for my pet, I would appreciate knowing what the offices are like beforehand. I cannot recommend this place due to multiple issues that I have encountered. Initially attracted by the convenient location, I now prefer my previous veterinary office, Sunray Vet Clinic in Brunswick, despite its distance. The staff there is caring, helpful, and knowledgeable, which makes the trip worthwhile. In contrast, this office seems indifferent to pets' needs, they are often rude (even when you are being polite and making an effort to work with them) and they really push for unnecessary office visits, such as for picking up Nexgard Plus, they will not allow it unless you provide a physical record in the veterinarian's possession that shows everything is current AND you have made an annual visit to their office. They will not even let you to pick up a prescription written by a veterinarian from a different office; and a faxed record detailing recent care from your veterinarian will not be enough. When you bring your pet in for any type of visit they automatically schedule you for a follow up and charge deposits for rescheduling or future visits if you don’t cancel via text, which isn’t communicated upfront. Overall, I feel they lack genuine investment in quality care.
May 19, 2025 · Lacie LangdonMy dog is very shy but the vet techs and receptionist are always so friendly and very gentle with her. I have been so happy with the way my vet has dealt with my dog’s illness, she has gone to great lengths to explain everything very carefully to me and her treatment plan has been very reasonable. I know whenever I bring my dog in she is in safe hands.
