★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We have been customers of ASVH for nearly 25 years. We cannot sing their praises nearly enough to match our gratitude for all the professional, honest, and compassionate care they have given our companion animals, and ourselves, over those decades. They were an integral part of us being able to be good stewards of our beloved dogs and cats over the years and we are FOREVER grateful!!!
May 30 · Michele SiskFirst time visiting ASVH, and so glad we found this veterinary clinic. Everyone from the front office, Vet tech, and Veterinarian were so pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. The entire clinic was so clean, communication was easy and clear, and such prompt responses.Definitely recommend ASVH, and feel our senior dog Henry is in great hands.
August 25 · Christina PMy cat had ear surgery to remove hardened wax. That seemed to go good. The complimentary nail clipping went very very bad. Not sure if the person that did it was trained or not. My OUTDOOR cats claws are so far clipped I can't find them. Way past the quick which is very painful for him. Can't scratch a post, climb a fence or a tree, which is also dangerous. Hopefully that person is being talked to and trained.
May 30 · Kelli KeeleyThe staff are emotionally invested in the well-being of all pets. When I walk in with my cat Cappuccino, they all know his name and celebrate his arrival! It's such a warm welcome, and it feels good that they know my cat by name. Cappuccino was diagnosed with diabetes. They quickly got him on a meal plan with insulin, scheduled us for routine visits to stabilize his blood sugar levels and within 2 weeks Cappuccino gained 1.2 lb (which was a good thing!), was back to his normal self (he was incredibly fatigued pre treatment) and has been doing incredibly well to date.
April 02 · Angela SilvaI would not recommend going here. I brought my cat in for vaccinations and they neglected to inform us that multiple vaccines at the same time are more likely to cause adverse reactions. We paid $142 for our last visit, they rushed us out almost immediately after giving him the shots. Now he's been vomiting, won't eat, and is having trouble breathing. Not to mention the total lack of communication between staff members. If you care about your pets, I suggest you take them somewhere else.
