★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our poor young kitty spent the summer in and out of doctors’ offices and emergency rooms with no real treatment plan for her respiratory issues. Our baby was put on medications and random doctors said that Juju had huge issues. What those issues was unclear.Thankfully we took Juju to the Auburn Valley Animal Clinic for a second opinion and it saved our baby.Dr Wes Seipel was referred to us by close friends of ours as an option to get a second opinion. I called the office and they were able to get us a consult the next day. Dr Seipel went through 400 pages of notes and records and was able to give a huge amount of clarity on what was happening with Juju. We figured out that Juju had a digestive issue and potentially a heart issue. Dr. Seipel quickly scheduled for us to consult with a kitty cardiologist.Thankfully she is fine and has a treatment plan to eventually take her off the medications she was put on by the other veterinarians. Our kiddo said that “Dr Seipel was the holy grail of veterinarians.”We are now in the process of switching all of our pets to Dr Seibel’s care.
August 28 · Chavi HohmMy dog is a rescue. He's a pitbull I got him out of Auburn valley humane society about four and a half years ago. He doesn't trust anyone ..absolutely doesn't trust a lot of people. He's amazing with kids and he's amazing with me but dogs also have PTSD. He wasn't treated very well. I was apprehensive about taking him and then to find out it was a man and it was a vet tech that was a man I was a little nervous. My dog did phenomenal. I was actually completely shocked. Dogs know people though they know if you're trying to help they know. My dog wasn't reactive until they had to physically examine him which he's in a lot of pain so coming from behind and side to side just wasn't comfortable for him. I can do that but I'm the only one that can do that. I wasn't aware that his knees were degenerating. I thought he had hip dysplasia. The vet new immediately what was wrong with him and that was crazy cuz I even asked him how did you even know cuz I know dogs and I couldn't believe it. It makes sense though he's a bully breed and their front is bigger than their back and it makes sense as to how they walk and Sprint it would do more damage to their back legs than it with their front. Anyhow long story short I was just absolutely amazed. My dog hasn't been this pain-free in months he's actually enjoying his walks and he's loving life like he should. I appreciate them for being kind and tolerating his little quirks but at the end of the day thank you so much it meant so very much more than you know.
May 18 · stephanie morganThis used to be a decent place to take your pet, now they withhold flea medicine prescriptions from chewy.com to make unessary vet appointments , my dog has been seen three times this year and the rude woman who answers the phone instead of sending us a postcard or anything saying they would cancel his flea prescription if he wasn't seen again saids I will email you his records. This place has gone down hill. Take your pets elsewhere they will receive better treatment for less money and they will get their flea medicine
August 05 · Lisa CooperDr. Seipel has treated my pets for years and I have yet to find another clinic that provides the same level of effective and interactive care. After moving several years ago, we continue to drive from out of state for his top-tier knowledge and service. Cannot recommend his clinic enough.
March 17 · Austin BellRecently new to this area and tried this clinic for two of my dogs. I was able to get in quickly which was great and unexpected. Staff is very kind and you can tell they really care about their patients and clients. They called to check in on my dog multiple times after being seen for kidney issues that they helped us with. Thank you from Billy and Penny!
