Apr 06, 2025 · Patrick ConnorsLove Ban hospital they have a lot of variety of things there the overall process was pretty decent. I feel like I had to ask more questions for myself so that way it didn’t just feel like I was just being thrown a whole bunch of things that my dog might or might not need. My puppy is seven months old There were some testing done that I feel lacked thoroughness in communication. They gave me some paper, which was cool, but it’s not like they came into the room and explained it all and broke it down while I was talking to the doctor the girl opened the door and said oh by the way everything came back negative and then close the door right back. OK that’s interesting. when I looked at the paper. It just said manual entry for the testing so do I really know that the testing was done because I know that my dog is very picky when it comes to using the bathroom whether is number one or number two. She’s also going through academy class so she’s very well behaved. But i absolutely do know that I paid for it absolutely yes, and I’m all about transparency and openness when it comes to doing business and knowing how my money is being used, and I will always stand by that because I’m really big on quality. Will, I continue doing business with them. Absolutely everyone seems pretty nice. They have a good variety of things. Also, I guess my biggest thing was just an interesting that people would just drop off their pets but anyways good job to everyone in the staff definitely it’s like going to a PCP appointment in a way just the provider doesn’t really involve you as much . They just take your dog away and you don’t really know what they’re doing..They do have some wellness plans, but they didn’t really offer them to me or talk to me about pricing because as soon as I said that I have private dog insurance it’s like they checked out and stopped trying to talk to me about it, but it was only offered when I was inside already seeing somebody the front desk only brought it up at the end, but it doesn’t seem like the pricing will be very competitive if you have a good employer discounts Through like a private Pet Insurance like Metlife or something..Overall, the reason I gave it four stars was because when I walked in, one girl was sitting on her desk, not doing anything another one was standing up on the phone and I just said hello everybody and no one even acknowledged me. I may stood around for two or three minutes in front of the girls awkwardly before the one that was sitting down acknowledged me so that was kind of interesting. That was the first impression so but once again, everyone seems really cool thank you for helping. Keep my doggie healthy.
Jun 07, 2025 · Bellah PDr Volz is a great vet! She talked through all possible reasons for my cat’s mysterious puking, actually explained her thinking and reasoning for getting certain tests done, and gave me great suggestions to try at home. Her suggestions worked too, my cat is doing much better!- one star because my first visit was a drop-off situation, which I was not made aware of prior to the visit. I didn’t even know that was a thing, but now I know to ask
Oct 13, 2024 · OrenaAmazing place! Very respectful! Make you time even if they busy. They care a lot about your pet. If the pet has some anxiety, they let you wait with the pet.
