Jun 05, 2025 · Elizabeth CroninAwesome team. I switched from the Eukess location back to the Arlington location. The Eukess location, the staff were rude and lazy. The vets seemed as if it was beneath them to call and tell you the welfare of your dog. Please do not go to that location if you love your pets. The Arlington location is totally opposite.
Apr 02, 2025 · Dr. Patrick Phinizee, DBA, MBAThis location gave my dog vaccines then when asked which ones were given they told me they had "no record" and needed to check with the doctor to see if they "remembered" what was gone over 3 months agoCalled back to get more info and never picked up the phone. Horrible experience. Stay far away if you care about your animals
Mar 03, 2025 · Moses HI visited this Banfield in March of last year and it was a reason for me to cancel my membership. I took my cat for an ultrasound and the doctor was very harsh on the way he explained the results, he even told me that my cat had only 3 months to live… This is a review for Banfield so they can start implementing better ways to approach humans about their pets’ results / diagnosis / prognosis.
