Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
Dr Chamberlain is one of the best vets I've ever worked with. She was a part of my first service dogs care team. My service dog had cancer, this cancer required the amputation of one of his toe. It was a very hard decision, and the thought of my dog having cancer kept me up countless nights. With her support and the intervention of her staff, my service dog is now cancer free and living the rest of his life with a new family happily retired in Iowa. My dog was 9 years old when my story with him ended. It is because of Dr Chamberlain and her staff that my dog's story is not over yet. I followed her to her new location where she is now taking care of a successor to my first service dog.

Feb 12, 2025 · Pamela O'HaraTerrible service, we drove an hour to my appointment, it was at 5:45, arrived on time waited in line until 5:50pm and was told they can see my dogs because they were late. Terrible communication as we attempted to reschedule and they told us it would be the last day they could be seen to get booster shots. When they made us reschedule they said we had utilil the 18th this time. Will not be using them going forward. Rude and slow staffing at the front desk.
Jun 12, 2025 · Jarred StevensDr Chamberlain is so great with my nervous pup! I wouldn’t want to bring her anyone else after the experiences I’ve had. Cora really hates the vet.. it truly terrifies her and after her visit today she left with tail wags versus shaking. Very grateful to have somewhere to bring her that I absolutely trust!
Oct 16, 2024 · Anna ReeseCAUTION IF YOU WANT YOUR PETS TO LIVE!!! The hospital mixed up our cats who they have been seeing for years. They were tagged with each others names and there charts were clearly mixed. The cats are very different sizes and a reported 50% reduction in body weight was apparently not a red flag. Both cats were sedated and could have been killed by their neglect. They left one cat too sit in his own excitement for 6+ hours resulting in a UTI and $1500 emergency vet bill.
