★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I love this specific location. Dr Henderson has been the ONLY VET since we relocated back to Tennessee that has been able to attempt cutting my Lily's nails. I have two dogs that have seen her now. August 04 · Kristy Johnson
- From start to finish, the whole crew we interacted with was fantastic and knowledgeable. We absolutely love the wellness plan!! and no, it's not CareCredit. Thank you, Banfield!! You guys did a fantastic job! We will recommend y'all to our friends and people we interact with. May 26 · E Fariss
- My dog has been receiving care from Benfield for eight years. I originally live in Georgia, and I brought my dog with me when I had to travel to Tennessee for work. I'm familiar with the Benfield system, and I can tell right away from their situation. My dog started having diarrhea, so I took him to the vet right away. I knew I needed to make an appointment, but since it was an emergency, I just went. Usually in Georgia, they'll take him in for a short while if it's urgent. But when a vet, even though they weren't super busy, refused to take him in, and said they wouldn't take him in until two days later, I couldn't understand. They tell me to go to a nearby urgent care center, but if that's the case, why pay monthly to Benfield? Urgent care visits alone cost $120-$150. I've been to Benfield hospitals in several locations, but only the ones in Classville, Tennessee, and Nashville seem to refuse emergency care. I just want to go back to Georgia. This hospital seem to have a fundamental mindset of simply working for their clients, rather than truly caring for the animals. There are many good doctors in Benfield, so I hope they don't get criticized for this hospital. The receptionist is the worst. August 24 · yoon jee Kim
