PLEASE READ. I almost put my cat down unnecessarily because of them.We have been going to this vet for over a DECADE. First they misdiagnosed our dog who was loosing all of her hair. It was a thyroid issue. They said it was a yeast infection. (Found out from a different vet.)We have a cat who we kept taking that they told us he had cancer on his tongue and persistant lesions. He had such an extensive medical history that we didn't want to change vets. Every time we took him back to deal with a persistent skin infection they told us to put him down. I mean really made me feel guilty. They told us he had 2 months to live 2 YEARS AGO. But he is still eating/doing the cat things. We decided we would make that decision when HE stopped wanting to live. But the skin issue came back bad and I decided it had to be his time. Sure he's still eating and doing the cat things... but the vet really made me feel so guilty the last time i took him in. I knew they would convince me to just put him down this time. Its persistent and he has to be in pain right? I was convinced there was nothing more to do and he was already on borrowed time.Thank god they couldn't fit me in today. I am currently sitting at Little Angels finding out that its something completely different and its treatable. (Eosinophilic Granuloma) I CAME HERE TO PUT HIM DOWN. Thank god for the vet tec who asked if I wanted a second opinion when she saw just how lively he really is. She LITERALLY saved his life. Like... she had the drugs to put him down in her hands when we had that conversation.Look if you are looking for a place that does surgeries cheap I do recommend them for that. I've never had complications. They do good work in that regard. But do NOT trust them with chronic issues. They actively made both my dog and my cat suffer unnecessarily from misdiagnosing them.If they hadn't been busy when I called earlier today, I would be going home with an empty cat carrier and ashes instead of a proper diagnosis and a treatment plan. - Ashlee Knowlton
