★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I would like to be honest and human on my review. I know I committed a mistake with my appointment as drop off when I thought I would get a normal one yet 1 out of 3 people who serviced my dog treat me like I was on fault 100%. I have visited 3 Banfield hospitals and so far I would kindly recommend this place to work on a far better service follow up. I may delete this post if I find changes and give it another try. Yet I love banfield hospitals.
August 29 · raul ramirezThis was my first time at this Banfield location, and unfortunately the same problem I’ve had at other Banfield hospitals happened again. Every time I make an appointment for my dog, it gets canceled or I’m told he cannot be seen unless he’s first put on anxiety medication and cannot be dropped off. These repeated barriers make it almost impossible for my dog to get the timely care he needs. As a loyal customer, I expect better consistency and support. Sadly, Banfield continues to fail in providing reliable care.
August 20 · J. HernandezWe love Banfield! How sweet it is to take our baby, drop him off, go have breakfast, run some errands, and go back to pick him up, and he's had his shots, he's safe, and he's been loved. How sweet is that? My husband and I are very pleased.Thank you!!!!
March 17 · Tonia BetheaI've been going to this vet for several months and I've been pleased with the level of care given to my cat. The staff is always informative, the vets are competent, and Kate especially was a huge help to me this week getting an updated prescription, referrals, and getting everything to another clinic for a specialized evaluation. I have used the PetCare plan and continue to be pleased with what is included, the price, and the ability to call in for whatever reason. Would recommend.
April 19 · Tara GallowayTook my furry baby for a teeth cleaning. A little bit of a background we have been with Banfield since my baby was 8 weeks old and now he is 4 yo. soon going to be 5, did 1 big surgery in the past. and this 2nd time with teeth cleaning also did the whole enhance exam which MoMo has done it before multiple times in the past. We just moved from Washington state, and this is not how they treated our furry baby. They took his feces for sample, they left his rear all smeared with his feces everywhere and by the time we picked him up, it was all crusty… we wipe our dog every time we walk outside and come back inside. They left a mark on his inner thigh, I read a report with nothing about it. We paid $700 on top of his plan for radiograph for his teeth and some other extra stuff, they never reveal anything just said everything looks good. They are too busy to take good care of your lovely fur babies. If you love your dog and want good care I would suggest to go somewhere else, we are looking for a different spot now. If they would take 3-4 less appointments I am sure they can enhance their care. The lady with the glasses at the front desk is very sweet. Just the care is so careless. If you don't want your dog to come home and have a crusty rear covered with his own waste please look for some other locations. This is traumatic to me to see my baby looking like that. Other locations we have been aren't like this one. It’s time to say goodbye to this location.
