★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Without a doubt, the absolute BEST there is. Dr. Rob and staff are absolutely amazing and we could not be happier! Our two Danes are in the best care with them and we appreciate everything they do. I recommend this vet to anyone and everyone! We LOVE THEM! Our visits are always thorough and we are never left with any questions. They truly do love and care for every animal! We have been long-time patients of theirs and will always continue to be!
June 03 · Erica HillMobile Vet Services: With a (very) large injured dog I needed someone that could come to me. I called them after hours and didn’t leave a message, planning to call them when they opened in the morning. Ya’ll THEY CALLED ME FIRST! Before they even opened and without me leaving a message! AND I was able to get my dog seen that same morning! What a relief!I will absolutely be using them again for our vet needs and I highly recommend!
May 07 · Karen GrovesWent here to tour the boarding facility. Immediately as we walked in, all the staff was at the front laughing about something and as walked in it felt like we were interrupting.Asked if we could tour their facility and the woman at the front immediately said no we don’t do tours because of “safety”. Then proceeded to tell us to just look at the pictures they have online. This was an immediate red flag. How can I trust that those pictures aren’t just from somewhere else or extremely old? Additionally while that could be a plausible explanation, why is it not safe? Every other facility, whether I have chosen to board with them or not, has been more than happy to let us tour, and some will even go as far as to make an appointment to tour. It does not make a potential customer feel good about putting their pet somewhere when they don’t even know where their pet will be placed. How would I know that if I signed up for a “luxury” suite only for my pet to be placed wherever the staff feels like it. It’s just shady and this kind of behavior makes me think they could be doing anything back there.
April 28 · Atri BhattMy husband and I brought our senior dog, Biscuit to be seen because he injured his back paw. Dr Pate was wonderful. Very informative about how he was going treat his paw and gave us instructions on Biscuit's at home care. We love Dr Pate and his staff. You can see how much they care for their patients. Thank you Barkfield for the love and care you gave Biscuit.
July 10 · Nancy ShadI took my senior female cat Socks in this week and Dr Pace saw Socks. Socks has had some medical issues in the recent past so I had sent over the emergency vets blood work and findings. After examination Dr Pace presented 3 options for treatment option 1, I thought was only fluids and antibiotics. Option 2 new blood work along with option 1.. Option 3 included both 1 and 2 with x-rays. New blood work made sense to me at that time as hers was a few months old. I had stated that we would do the lower 2 ! I did need to understand the benefits of option 3 more or if we should wait for blood work to return. Mid conversation Dr Pace. Said " give me a second ill be right back" 20ish minutes later I am handed a bill and my female cat Socks. The bill indicated three injections 1 antibiotic 1 anti nausea and fluids. With the surprise of three injections on the invoice and no blood work. I asked to speak to the Dr again. He stated the we discussed the 3 injections. At this point I have already decided I was at the wrong veterinarian practice. So I just inquired if it was safe to wait later in the week for blood work. I felt that any questions about the miss communication would only lead to more frustration. Granted I had wanted the blood work done, but had lost confidence in their abilities. The Dr did not listen to hear only to reply.I also had to correct at a minimum of 4 times in the office to 2 techs referring to Socks as male. They each time, minutes apart gave me the same excuse of " they have a regular patient that looks similar to my Socks with the same name." While I understand that they do see other animals but to forget within less than a half hours time on each occasion while speaking with me. Then after I left. They called and referred to Socks as male yet again with the same excuse ( I am very glad I was not there for spaying). The office staff apparently had other pets under my name ( we have only had a dog Athena and cat Socks seen by there staff) office staff stated she'd just remove the other animals from my history. It appears that record keeping is not strongly emphasized at this practice.
