What is worth choosing?
For many Georgia pet owners, Vetco Vaccination Clinic offers a practical and budget-friendly solution for their pets’ routine health needs. While the clinic’s model is not a substitute for a traditional veterinarian for sick visits or emergencies, it excels in its specific purpose. The significant cost savings on vaccinations and microchipping are a major benefit. A happy customer highlighted this, stating they were "very happy getting vaccines for my dogs and cats" and that the "prices are a lot better than at other places nearby." The staff’s kindness and the convenience of the clinic’s location further add to its appeal.
However, it's also important to be aware of the operational protocols. One customer's experience with a delayed appointment and a less-than-ideal response from a staff member highlights the importance of following their appointment-required policy and understanding that, like any business, there may be occasional issues with wait times and customer service. Despite this, the general sentiment points to a clinic that provides a valuable service for those seeking an affordable and efficient way to keep their pets' vaccinations up to date. For Georgia residents looking for a reliable, low-cost option for preventative care and wellness, Vetco Vaccination Clinic is a worthy choice that can help save money on a pet's long-term health plan, as long as you plan your visit accordingly. It’s an ideal partner for the essential, routine aspects of pet care.

Vetco Vaccination Clinic Reviews
I have been very happy getting vaccines for my dogs and cats at Vetco in Cumming over the past year. The staff is friendly and loving to my animals, and the prices are a lot better than at other places nearby.
June 22 · Lois BatchelorWe were delayed by 10 minutes to our appointment. We called to let them know and they said it was not a problem. We followed their protocol and texted when we arrived to let them know we were outside. When 15 minutes went by, we called the store and were put on hold for another 10 minutes. I then went in to make sure they had received our text response. I patiently waited our turn to speak with someone. That was another 10 minutes. The young lady said she had not received our text so I showed her my response with the time stamp. She checked us in. After another 20 minutes or so, we noticed that multiple people who had arrived after us, and were not only being checked in but seen as well. So I went to the counter to just inquire as to how long it would be as our puppy was getting antsy and we wanted to know if we had time to take him outside for a bit. The young lady asked the tech and the techs very snarky and attitudish response was “well they were over an hour late so we are seeing the patients who actually arrived on time for their appointments and they’re just gonna have to wait.” To which my response was “actually we were only 10 minutes late and we called before hand and were told it was fine and it did not matter. I was more than willing to reschedule if we could not be seen”. To which the tech replied “well how late you were really doesn’t matter.” I get that there are protocols in place but the attitude and poor behavior was very uncalled for. Even the other customers around us were disturbed by the techs response. The young lady who checked us in even whispered an apology when we returned our check in stub and decided to leave. I’m sorry but I would never allow my puppy to be inspected and given vaccines by someone who doesn’t even know how to treat the owners.
