Aug 13, 2024 · Angeline Kai VibarBad. I have been coming here for a year. I have two cats and one dog. My over all experience is bad, and the money I have spent is a total waste. My dog has a pimple on her head, I took her to here then I found out the Veterinary doesn’t know better than I do. He doesn’t know what it is either. Every time I see him, he perfunctory me and just want to run out of the room. He gave my dog some medicine to apply, 7 days past it didn’t work for my dogs pimple at all. And I have the same experience with my cat at this vet previously. My cat has tears, I took her here twice just wanted to find out why. I got a bottle of eye drops from him ($40), she used whole bottle it doesn’t work at all. So I took her to here again. The veterinary came to room stayed about 10 mins telling me the same thing, then he just want to hurry up run out of the room. If I knew he didn’t know better I wouldn’t spent another $67 just for him to see my cat again. My the other cat rabies shot is due. They told me I have to let the veterinary see me cat first then I can get the shot for my cat. So there you go another $67 easy money for him! The front desk is very rude, every time I took my dog to there she stares at my dog telling me my dog has so many behavior problems! I think she has a side job work as a dog trainer because she keep saying my dog is bad and I can’t handle her in the future! Asking if my dog is taking training lessons and where. But hey, I understand she is short for money, but what I do with my dog is none of her business. My dog is a 5 month old German shepherd, she got anxious when I took her here for her pimple. She is actually one of the calmest dog I have seen In real life. I take her to work with me almost every day. She can stay in a room without barking for more than 8 hours. I could tell the assistant lost patience after shaving a coin sized hair for my dog, because she lost patience answering my questions. When I left the front desk dog trainer said sarcastically “ good luck to you!” Then she talked to the person next to her” a lot of work for her! “ VERY RUDE. I don’t recommend anyone who care for their pets come to this vet. People here don’t really like animals even if they trying to act like they are super sweet to your pets. You can tell the truth as time passes by. Be careful if you have a large dog, they discriminate. If your dog act alive they will force you to pay for a shot or medication to make the dog calm down. It is a waste of money and bad experience for me. They are very good at sending your pets to do unnecessary tests. The veterinary himself does not have enough skill and knowledge. Do yourself a favor don’t waste money here like I did. Their google reviews authenticity is questionable. Their yelp review is more accurate to me.
Aug 23, 2024 · sarah yeI feel so lucky to have finally found a veterinarian that I totally trust my dogs lives with. From the very first day, Dr. A. read my dog’s lab records from a nearby vet and treated him for a condition that was life threatening and was unnoticed by the other vet. He prescribed a medication that is working for my dog’s medical problem. He found an orthopedic surgeon to perform surgery for my dog’s lameness. With each exam he comes into the room and explains the procedure to me. The staff at his practice is exceptional! The prices are reasonable. When you make an appointment, the wait time is less than 5-10 minutes. The atmosphere comfortable and encouraging. Again, I feel so lucky that I have finally found a vet that I trust, can afford, and am completely happy with.
Oct 14, 2023 · Ramona ShayCame here for my pup's first check-up after rescuing her and had a very bad experience (that I now see is somewhat common on other review sites). She had a respiratory illness from the shelter. We were pressured into spending about $500 on medications to treat it, and (after later research) realized that all except one were pretty unnecessary and expensive. Large amounts of medications to dull symptoms that were hardly present. If we had more time to ask additional questions or felt less pressured, we wouldn't have opted to move forward with all of them and would've looked for a second opinion.
Apr 18, 2024 · Rachel AhrensDidn’t appreciate today’s service. When I brought my dog here the first time they told me I had to bring him again for 2 more shots & that it would be about 50 or a little less just for that. I came in today, they told me he was just getting his two shots. I took him into the room, the doctor came in and checked him, they gave my dog his shots, sent me to the front. And when it was time to pay the total came out to 89. I asked why and they told me because they checked my dog’s heart. Which I was never told he was going to receive or that I was going to be charged for that. They had the opportunity to tell me when I checked in & when I went into the room, but they didn’t until it was time to pay. If they would’ve told me from the beginning from the first time I brought him it would’ve been fine. It just felt like they’re trying to find anything to charge me for to get more money.
