★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I’ve never had to take an animal to an emergency vet before and I was so worried about my kitty.I called ahead before hitting the road and the staff was very quick to help me identify if my cat needed emergency assistance.Upon arriving, they immediately took my cat into care as they gathered more information from me at the desk. They provided me a private room to wait in while my cat was being examined.Coffee, water, and a restroom was also pointed out to me immediately. While I was in my personal waiting room, vets would come in and notify me of every step that was about to be taken with my cat.The staff at Blue Pearl were amazing! - Went there to get what we assumed was a urine infection resolved in our girl dog. Upon ultrasound check, they found that her whole bladder was very inflamed. She is ok now. Fast forward two weeks. Our black lab at 13 years collapsed and became lifeless. I was a bit frantic bringing him in and they called for him to be examined immediately. There were unfortunately things beyond anyone’s control and the doctor helped us in the decision process. Ultimately, he couldn’t have made it and the staff gave us as much time with our very valued family member before it was time to let him go.They very promptly forwarded things to our vet and we got a very nice card from them the next day. Their cremation service also included a free paw mold which was very well done. And was told we will receive an ink impression of the nose and paws from free.I really hate paying the emergency fee here but hey if you want a place to bring your pet at odd hours, I guess it’s going to cost something August 04 · Bear Mcnammer
- Staff was friendly, especially Brenda. Other than that, my dog and I had a very unpleasant experience at BluePearl with Dr. Byle, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. We were charged $800 for an ultrasound that revealed essentially nothing. We were then given a medication that made our dog extremely sick almost immediately. We truly thought our dog was going to die because of the medication they prescribed. We have frantically contacted BluePearl twice in the past 24 hours and received no help from Dr. Byle. They offered no alternatives for different medications and told us they couldn’t prescribe anything else because Dr. Byle went on vacation.I see that there are other stories like ours in these reviews, save yourself the headache. Never come here. July 31 · Lindy Nelson
- Excellent place and staff especially Dr Luginbill and Cam with rehab. They take care of our German Shepherd with love and care. The hospital has every possible specialist available and they have saved our boy’s life once by doing a very crucial surgery. We trust them and so does our boy. January 22 · JSK 310
- I cannot recommend the specialty services here enough. Dr. Byl and his team (Brenda and Rachel) were so kind and helpful when my cat tried to die on us. He's back to causing chaos like nothing happened! July 18 · Kaytie Griffin
