- Wellness & Preventive Care: This includes routine physical examinations, age-appropriate vaccinations (including Rabies, Feline Leukemia, FOV for cats) to protect against common diseases, and essential parasite prevention and control programs (for heartworms, intestinal parasites, fleas, and ear mites), which are crucial for animals in the Virginia climate.
- Dental Care: Services like dental cleanings (often indicated in feline services) are essential for preventing painful oral diseases that can significantly impact an animal's overall health and comfort.
- Diagnostic Services: While specific details on in-house diagnostics are not fully listed, a comprehensive veterinary service typically includes laboratory testing (e.g., blood work, urinalysis) and potentially imaging services to accurately diagnose health conditions.
- Surgical Procedures:
- Spay & Neuter: Offering spaying for female cats (at least 4 months old) and neutering (castration) for male cats (at least 8 months old), with basic vaccinations included. This is vital for population control and pet health.
- Other Surgeries: As a general veterinary practitioner, they are equipped for various common surgical needs.
- Grooming: Services like "Bath and Citrus Dip" and "Nail Trim" are provided, contributing to a pet's hygiene and comfort.
