★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My sweet Sasha was very sick recently and we had a strict budget, they helped us getting her feeling better without breaking the bank! We Love Bullard Animal Hospital! My family and I have been coming here for 15+ years and we have always received great care. Highly recommend! Keep up the great work 💪
July 23 · Leah McAlpinMy boy is no longer here because no one took my concerns seriously a few months before. Oct. 2024 - I brought my near 10 year old cat in with a list of concerns around his behavior changes and weight loss that led me to believe there was an issue with his thyroid. When the doctor came in, I was told “he doesn’t need to be on a thyroid medication or a daily vitamin either” even though I explained that this was the only thing that stopped the behavior and improved his dramatic increase in hunger, anxiety, etc. He was put under for an annual exam and everything came back normal. I asked them to be thorough because he hated vets and if he was going under, I wanted answers. When the doctor called to share the details, I was told his thyroid was in the normal range and all his tests were normal.Fast forward to March 2025- just 5 months later, his unexplained behavior continued and my boy takes a sharp decline. He didn’t want to eat and lost control of his faculties. We took him to the emergency hospital up in Marietta - testing began. My boy needed a blood transfusion and had the least common blood type - which they’d have to fly in from TEXAS. The doctor was so kind and informed us that they could feel that his thyroid was physically enlarged and that all the symptoms I shared made sense and that a VERY SPECIFIC type of test would’ve needed to be run to show a clear thyroid issue. Why wasn’t this test run a Bullard when I literally said I was concerned that my boy’s thyroid was not functioning correctly? Why were my concerns ignored? I came in with a list of changes I saw and was concerned about and no one cared. The doctor was so rude I asked for another one in the Bullard survey that came days later. Although the gentleman who shared the test results by phone back in Oct. was kind, unfortunately the right test to ameliorate my concerns was not performed.Turned out my boy did in fact have a thyroid issue AND potentially gastrointestinal cancer. None of this was caught at Bullard just a few months ago. No one listened. No one cared about what I shared.I had to put my cat down that day - I’d just lost my dad that January. Quarter 1 was the worse quarter of my life and in the midst of it all, I lost my best pal (my sweet boy) of 10 years. It’s taken me months to get the strength to even write this review, but it needed to be shared. He mattered.
August 03 · Stephanie F.I am so thankful for all of them. They were able to get our beloved Jack in right away as a new patient with an urgent issue. They helped us determine the issue and begin treatment to help our little guy right away. I believe we have found our forever vet.
August 22 · Kristie FarlowI just moved to the area. Bullard was very close to my house and had great reviews. The reviews are true they are very hospitable and my dog Marvel was very comfortable. She barked at first but when they took her for testing she returned and was not even shaking or timid. They communicate very well by text and were very timely. We were able to get a years worth of medication.
March 27 · Keairra TrimbleBullard Animal Hospital - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐As proud owners of Alapaha Bulldogs, finding a vet who understands the unique challenges and personalities of our dogs has always been a top priority. We are incredibly grateful to have found Bullard Animal Hospital. Our boy Gresham, a 75lb bundle of guardian instincts, becomes a ball of anxiety the moment we pull into the parking lot. He whines, shakes, and even tries to jump into my lap. Despite his misplaced anxiety that could quickly turn to aggression, the staff at Bullard Animal Hospital is always prepared and understanding of his needs. On the other hand, our female Boo-Boo is nearly 80lbs of pure excitement and happiness. She loves new people and new experiences, but doesn't quite grasp her own size. The two of them feed off each other's energy, creating a unique challenge for any vet staff. The team at Bullard Animal Hospital handles our visits with exceptional care and attention. The staff is always helpful, the technicians are knowledgeable, and Dr. Kimmerling has been a wonderful change from our previous vets. They make sure each of our dogs is tended to appropriately, no matter how complicated their needs may be.We highly recommend Bullard Animal Hospital to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled veterinary team. They truly understand and care for our beloved pets.
