Burnt Hills Veterinary Hospital Reviews
I’ve been looking for a new vet for quite a while since I have a fearful dog. I saw good reviews everywhere about this place so I decide to give it a go. Every single person working there was so nice and kind to my dog and I. Autumn was awesome and took her time with Cosmo! I’m so thankful I gave them a chance. Finally found a vet I trust!
Jun 07, 2025 · nancy tranAfter transferring from another vet due to poor care and bad practice experience, I have been with Burnt Hills for three years now. Dr Duemler and Dr Clement have been wonderful in the care for my pup. The staff is kind and caring. My pup has had several health issues over 11+ years (pancreatic, spleen, liver, etc). The Burnt Hills team under Dr Delmer has helped keep my pup in great health given his challenges. So much so, my pup has been cleared to continue agility and other dog sports. Grateful!
May 20, 2025 · Tracy BowenThe staff has always been so pleasant, helpful and accommodating at Burnt Hills Vet.My former dog, Oreo, saw Dr. Godin for almost 16 years and now I'm back bringing my senior rescue, Honey, to him. Dr. Godin is such an intelligent, kind, and caring vet. He explains things thoroughly and never rushes you out. Burnt Hills Vet has a lot to offer and I truly feel my pets are in the best hands at Burnt Hills Veterinary Hospital.
Feb 08, 2025 · Barbara TalbotBurnt Hills Vet has always been amazing every time I've needed them, especially with my newly adopted dog Chance. They were able to get him in for an appt that same day. Which thankfully they did because he ended up needing emergency surgery. From walking in the front door to everything in between they have gone above and beyond for not only Chance but also my family. They communicated every step of the way and I truly felt like they treated Chance as if he was one of their own. Jenn Brown in patient care was simply amazing and both Dr Brooke & Dr Clement who did the surgery provided me updates and a clear path forward to get my boy healthy again. Thank you just never seems enough when it comes to your beloved animals. I would recommend Burnt Hills Vet to anyone because the care they provide is unparalleled.
May 07, 2025 · April M.I want to say thank you to Dr. Schrank and the vet team at Burnt Hills Vet for the exceptional and compassionate care my Liam and I both received during a really tough time. Liam ended up hurting his right hind leg after escaping, and after two consults it was determined that amputation was the best option. From the initial consultation, the surgery, to the aftercare, I felt like he was taken care of to the best standards. Every single person I interacted with was exceptional. Just thank you for taking care of my Liam and for providing exceptional care and thoughtfulness. He is 100% back to the energetic, carefree, and spicy cat he was before❤️🩹❤️🩹
