- Medication Refill Policy & Communication: The review brings to light a critical aspect of client experience: the communication regarding medication refills. The client's experience of being told refills were available without another visit, only to be charged for a visit when attempting to get a refill, is a significant highlight. Transparency in billing and visit requirements for medication refills is paramount for client trust.
- Cost Perception: The reviewer explicitly states, "It's ALL about how much money they can drain from your pocket!" This highlights a perception of services being heavily tied to cost and suggests that clients may feel financial concerns are prioritized over clear, consistent communication about care protocols.

Caldwell Animal Hospital Pa: Pearson Laura H DVM Reviews
My experience with this veterinarian office was extremely disappointing to say the least! It's ALL about how much money they can drain from your pocket! Took my dog there for Colitis, which, by the way,is a VERY SERIOUS condition. I was given the medication to treat this condition, which came with 6 refills, to use as needed for her flare ups. The medication worked, but lies, lies, lies! When I went back to buy a refill after the veterinarian told me "you don't have to bring her back for refills, I have written it in her file for refill availability whenever you need it." So, today I go in and the smart mouth receptionist said that I DID have the available refills, but, I would have to bring her back in for another visit which costs $72.00!!!!!! Stop lying to your patient parents! Really???
