★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I brought my cornsnake Freya in.Everyone was very nice and friendly. It's hard to find a vet that takes care of exotics, so I was very happy they had the training for that. The care was very good and the training on how to give my snake a shot of antibiotics was great.I really appreciated that I also got a follow-up phone call to see how Freya was doing.
August 21 · Sommer BougieFantastic place for my pet. Everyone truly cared about the well-being of my puppy. The exam was very thorough, but there were no recommendation’s for extensive testing That was an unlikely diagnosis. They even called a few days later to follow up and make sure he was doing better.
August 04 · tiffany torkelsonI love the compassion in this clinic, the staff was very welcoming to me and my two guinea pigs they got the right care they needed. Happy they are doing better and getting over pneumonia. The vet did a great job on working with my guineas pigs with out putting them under for tests. Highly recommended to have for a vet and care. Thank you for taking care lemon and Penelope.
June 19 · Leigh Ann CarpenterI have been going to my vet clinic for almost 30 years. However today we had an unfortunate situation and had to put our parrot down. My vet referred me here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with overwhelming kindness and compassion from not only the staff but the pet owners in the waiting room. It was one of the saddest things you have to do but every step of my journey there was met with such empathy. I would not hesitate to go there again and if for any reason my current vet is unavailable, this will be the first place I will call.
March 19 · Meenu HowlandThis clinic is the best we’ve received care from. We called them with some concerns about stomach bloating in our guinea pig and they offered to have him brought in same-day so they could see him in between appointments. They took bloodwork to make sure there was no infection and to get a full picture of our pig’s health, which we’ve never been offered before, and they took amazing care of him while he was there - they even filled his water! Every staff member we spoke with was so kind - this is the place to go if you want to know your pets are in good hands. Thank you Dr. Potthoff!
