★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Grateful to have them. Have been going to them with our pets for more than twenty years. Their care and compassion has always been there, at all stages of our pets' lives, and we appreciate it very much. March 10 · Sam Cady
- I cannot recommend this clinic enough! I know this is long but it’s worth the read! After my workplace closed I had to decide which vet I wanted to take over my pets’ care. I have a cat that needs his topical pain meds about once a week so I knew I’d need to find somewhere fast! I brought him in yesterday and he LOVED it here! He’s usually pretty grumpy about leaving my bedroom, let alone the house but he was purring and wanting to be pet while he was here!!I also brought a foster cat in yesterday because she was having trouble breathing. We opted to try antibiotics over the weekend but ultimately the main concern was FIP. Friday afternoon I noticed that her brother was also acting weird. He got really bad over night and so did she. CIVS told me to bring them in right away and would work me in to help these 2 babies cross the rainbow bridge. On an already hectic morning and a full schedule they made time for these 2 cats.Their compassion exceeds expectations by far! Everyone here is always super nice and polite and genuinely care about not only your pets but their owners too. I don’t mind driving the 35 miles to get good quality care for my pets!!(As a former VCA staff member, when we got news of the closure of our hospital, Central Iowa Veterinary Services was the only place I was recommending. I knew this clinic was phenomenal and knew they would give clients the small town care, not corporate care.) March 15 · Madison Kirchner
- I have taken my German Shepherds there for years and I always will. Most recently they have been caring for Isa. They treat her as if she was one of their own and she feels totally at ease with them. They treat her like a rockstar and she gladly takes it all in. They explain every procedure and answer every question with no hesitation. Aside from being the only Veterinary Clinic that I would let touch my dog, the people are all exceptional and caring. There is no place better. Thank you so much for all you do and the manner in which you do it. September 27 · Steve Edmunds
- Great job at the vet. Axel likes his Dr and assistant, and he got a treat after being checked over and after getting a couple of pokes. He is a lot more relaxed now, when he goes there, then he was on his first few visits June 27 · jennifer grammer
- Isn't it the doctors' responsibility to correctly evaluate an animals condition before administering anesthesia? I would (obviously)have much preferred you to decline to perform the procedure than to have my pet die from your incompetency. February 22 · Kioti Hamada
