Our beloved dog had been under the care of Hamilton Animal Hospital for years. We knew his 14 1/2 years of living was coming to an end but unfortunately he had a seizure and collapsed after hours. We went to this hospital instead since they were open. The whole process took longer than I would’ve liked but the hospital was busy that night. Dr C from the Philippines was thoughtful and caring and understood that it was time to give our pet a loving and gentle exit. He explained the process and made sure we were on board and understood everything. They made him comfortable and gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes. After our pets life came to an end they gave us private time to grieve. They sent us home with their condolences and a paw print. We would’ve preferred to have done this process at home but our little family member was in crisis and this emergency hospital came through for us. - John Weiss
