December 30 · Michael CrumleyBrought my pet to them staff was courteous, treatment way over priced spent $210.00 spoke to the vet about getting flea and tick treatment else where vet was fine with that only to find out that I need a prescription to buy it I call the vet to get the prescription was told I would have to pay for that another $16+ the prescription should have been in the original price. Horrible business practices it’s ridiculous that a vet would be this way! I can call my doctor and get a prescription with out paying a fee.Would not recommend this vet!
April 17 · dano mcclDo NOT bring your babies here. This is a for profit "vet" clinic. They turned away a woman who's dog was DYING from flea tick treatment because "they couldn't fit her in to be seen" when it was close to closing time.🙄🙄 not to mention they charge ridiculous amounts while not solving a single problem. We were told to go home and wait for the blood panel to come back in a few days meanwhile our dog was having cluster seizures with NO medication offered to help. If you're needing ER help go to the gadsden clinic!! Cheaha will forever be trash.
April 23 · Victoria MartinezWe have a rescue that has the most severe anxiety issues I've ever seen in a dog. The care and kindness the staff here showed my dog was above and beyond. There was one tech in particular, I didn't get her name. She was blonde, wears glasses, and had on a shirt with just the word MAMA on it. She cared for Lady Bugg like she was her own dog. We've been through a very serious and nerve-wracking situation with her since Sunday. This staff listened and acted in a way I could not appreciate more. If any of you read this, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
November 13 · David BracknerBeen bringing my pup here for 15 years. Awesome, friendly caring veterinarian (Dr Wyatt) and staff. This will be my veterinarian for life.
