★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Very caring and quality service. My baby was having problems and the tech asked various questions on the phone and suggested to bring her in. However they were very busy and they still fit my baby in to be seen. Immediately after the procedure I could tell my baby felt better and slept very well since then. The workers have excellent customer service. Thank you so much.
August 02 · MayaWe’ve only been clients for a couple of months and we’ve only had one pet treated here but I still need to take a moment and appreciate the team at Churchland animal clinic - specifically dr Wassel. Our Sacha beans recently passed of kidney failure but the knowledge I was given and kindness she was shown speaks volumes. They never sugar coated anything but always explained things with respect and understanding and I truly truly appreciate that.
August 24 · Hannah WrightBoth of my dogs are patients at Churchland and they are absolutely wonderful! From the front desk staff, to the vet techs, to the doctors…just an amazing experience all around. I have seen Dr. Wassell, and he is so wonderful with my babies. He is extremely thorough, explains everything in detail, and is willing to answer all of your questions. They are easy to talk to and are so professional. They are all very patient and understanding of your concerns and you can tell they truly want what’s best for their clients. I would highly recommend Churchland!
April 08 · Diane TuMy beagle has gone there for 12 years. She recently started having seizures and I took her there to be checked. The vet was very kind and recommended several choices regarding the seizures. I chose euthanasia and was able to be with her as she passed away. The vet tech and front desk staff were also very kind. When we were in the waiting area before her appointment, i noticed a sign in front of a candle, that said to be quiet when the candle was lit as someone was loosing their pet. I thought that was very nice and assume they did for me.
June 03 · Debbie MooreThe staff is amazing ! T T is kind and professional as soon as you check in. Ryan the technician is the best. I trust him more than I can tell you. I always ask for him. Dr Yeats and Dr Wasser really care about their patients and their families. My family has been going there for decades. All of the staff have been very professional and caring. Won't go anywhere else !!!
