We absolutely love this facility. We were so nervous before hand but Brittany and Dr. Smith have been so incredibly kind and supportive and knowledgeable. We are so lucky our senior dog found a place that truly loves and cares about dogs like they are their family. They are always open and honest about pricing and always works with you to make a well rounded wellness plan for your pooch. They also have laser therapy which is incredible use of technology!

We’ve taken our cats here since we first moved. Dr.Neyenhaus is phenomenal. She is patient and informative. Although we have many cats, Thatcher is her biggest fan. He may be much heftier than his first visits but he still loves the attention he gets.

This place has been absolutely amazing! They got my litter of sick rescue kittens in when no other vet seemed to be able to do so! Unfortunately, they do not do payment plans, but they will do whatever they can to help you and your pet. The staff has been nothing short of spectacular anytime we have came in or I’ve had to make a phone call to them. Dr. Smith is also amazing! She is extremely nice and very understanding. Very knowledgeable and good with animals. She did a phenomenal job of clearing one of our rescue kittens eyes that had totally crusted over. This is an all-around great place to take your pets and I would highly recommend. Dr. Smith and the staff there are just amazing. The friendliness and understanding of the staff that works there is really what made my mind up to continue my rescues care with them.

These guys are awesome! My husky had gone into labor around 3 AM, and I was able to make an impromptu appointment and get in for a check up later that day. Brittney was very quick at checking us in and getting us to a room, and we quickly got a check up, X rays, exactly what we needed to have peace of mind that everything had gone alright with the delivery.

Dr. Neyenhaus and Brittany were great at taking gentle care with my anxious dog as he got his anal glands expressed. At City Way Fall Creek, they strive to make a positive impact so that your animal has a good good experience. They understand anxious animals and they do a wonderful job handling the pets with care. I am super appreciative and was able to get an appointment within 2 hours using the app. At the end of the appointment, they explain each service and price before asking for payment. I highly, highly recommend City Way Animal Clinics - Fall Creek for any of your veterinary needs!
