This is our first puppy and we couldn’t be more happy with the amazing staff and care. Our puppy, Bean and her Sister Jessi both receive their care from City Vet. They remember your pets name and are very attentive to their needs. They are also very informative. Being new doggie parents comes with many questions. This will be our, forever Vet. Thank you all. We were in the process of looking for a new vet that was closer to us and affordable with the best care, when one day my dog got very ill. I noticed CityVet was now open and so we called to see if they could get him in the next day and but instead they squeezed him in within a few hours the same day. I could not believe how affordable the exam and ultrasounds were. We saved a lot of money compared to our last 2 vets. You will also get a cost estimate prior to getting anything done! What really surprised me is that they had the ultrasound on site, so what was a 1.5 week process (testing to results) at my last vet took under an hour at CityVet!! And it was so much more affordable!! This is the most affordable with the best care I’ve experienced in Virginia Beach. We are beyond impressed with the care, the customer service, and the overall atmosphere of CityVet. I’d give 10/10 stars if I could! The staff called us several times to check in and make sure my dog was doing okay at home, even Dr. Feiste herself checked in! We felt so cared for. From the front desk staff, the vet nurses, and Dr. Feiste, your furbaby will be in great hands! They are so loving and compassionate and your furbaby will get lots of love coming here. They have coffee and other nice beverages to choose from if you have to wait a few minutes but I never wait long, they are fast! Here’s a picture of our best boy with their kissing booth from Valentine’s Day :) Dr. Feiste healed my dog, we thought he was at the end but she was quick to treat accurately and I feel so happy to have my furbaby in their care now. Take your furbabies here!!

I can’t recommend CityVet Lynnhaven enough. They were so understanding and worked with my tight schedule for international travel for both of my pets. Moving in general is stressful enough so it was nice to know that I had someone in my corner, helping me get to the finish line and smoothly and as stress free as possible! Dr. Feiste and team are awesome!

After having an emergency with my baby and finding out she had a heart disease, I started looking for cost efficient places knowing we will be visiting very often. I cannot speak highly enough about Gilfeather, how knowledgeable and comforting she was during all the visits up until we had to put Pinkie down. I’m forever grateful for being in such good hands during some and one of the hardest months and moments in my life.

Amazing place! Very clean, quiet and offer snacks and beverages while you wait. Also, the receptionist is very polite and courteous. I am beyond words to explain how the veterinarian and her technician handled my 110 lb golden retriever. That’s how fantastic they were, and with so much love and compassion for animals. My big baby did great and he was very comfortable. Usually he’s a nervous wreck with anxiety. Also, he has been on the medication for several days now and his cough is gone and back to his crazy self. Thank you CityVet for having such an incredible staff with big hearts.
