★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Extremely grateful for Dr Lisa Walling. From her initial response and insight in the days prior, the gentle care and professional attention on the house call, and the personal note a week later. Letting go of my buddy was extremely difficult and what was filled with sadness was also done with love and care. Thank you Lisa! RIP Thumper
July 18 · Michael MalaspinaDr Walling was the incredibly kind and caring veterinarian who came to our home as our beloved cat reached the end of her life. Dr Walling was so gentle with our cat, as well as careful to explain to us what to expect as she went to sleep. We cannot recommend her more highly. In addition, her office manager, Jessica, was easy to reach, communicative, and caring.
June 12 · Sarah HoytHighly recommend! Dr. Walling and Jessica of Comforting Care Veterinary services are THEEE best!! They were kind, gentle, and compassionate while assisting in the passing of my precious cat Louie. Louie was diagnosed with cancer a month prior at the young age of 10 and rapidly declined. He was my first pet and the sweetest boy, but also my first pet loss. I was scared to make this decision and it was something I did not take lightly. Dr. Walling and Jessica were extremely empathetic to our feelings and provided comfort throughout the entire process.Louie’s passing was peaceful and dignified. I got to hold him the entire time, all the way through to his last breath, and then some. Dr. Walling treated Louie with respect and great care. As a sentimental person, I was blown away by the thoughtfulness of Dr. Walling and the sentimental gifts and actions that followed. I won’t spoil the surprises. If you are looking for in home euthanasia for your beloved fur baby- Dr. Walling from Comfort Care Veterinary Services is the way to go.
December 27 · Oriana DeFeo-PetersonOur dog Comet had been with our family for 11 of his 15+ years. His last year had many health issues, and it became clear that things would not get better. Vet visits terrified him so we knew we could not let that be his last experience. We were relieved to find Comforting Care close by. Jessica kindly answered our questions and handled scheduling when we were ready. Dr. Walling and her assistant Kayleigh took such tender care of him, sitting with us as he peacefully slipped away, his last moments filled with love. Afterwards, they arranged his body with care and dignity, and gave us the time we needed to say good-bye. For all that and more, we are deeply grateful for the professionalism and compassion of the entire Comforting Care team.Caro and Lou Giordano
June 26 · Lucian GiordanoDr Walling was so kind during the passing of my 15 year old cat Tedy. Having the ability to have her come to my home was of great importance to me. Tedy was always a very skittish cat and taking him away from his home would have definitely made everything more difficult on both of us. Thank you also for your beautiful handwritten note that I received a few days later. You are definitely an angel on earth for all of these animals and their families ❤️
