Jul 04, 2024 · Clare MartinWish I could put in zero stars. My wife and I have been going to Plumtrees for 6 years now. Over the past 2 years with ever changing staff, one has greeted my dog or even aknowledged him by name over the past couple of years. The front desk have been rude, the whispers to each other talking about about you when they think your not looking, but the last visit was the straw that broke ... Our dog requires a special low fat diet. Not only did my wife have to explain again to Dr. Baff that the front desk was rude especially when she called to let them know that there was traffic on 84s She confronted by Dr. Baff about the impolite behavior and 4 of his staff members (bullying) whose maltreatement forced a confrontation whereby my wife said she could no longer be a client here, Dr. Baff asked "would you like all your dogs records", and of course we said Yes, why would deal with rudeness and poor quality treatment. To boot, Dr Baff did not offer any additional prescription food for our dog which he knows is necessary due to his digestion needs. This act has put our dog in DANGER as right now he is low on food w no quick way to get without seeing a new vet and new prescription and we have had to change his diet which has caused diarrhea and other issues. STAY FAR AWAY this place is going down hill fast
May 29, 2025 · Brendan MonahanThis puppy was very sick while we were going through CT. on a cross country trip. I had called several vets and Plumtrees squeezed us in at the end of the day. Dr. Baff did the most thorough physical I have ever observed a veterinarian do. He also did appropriate bloodwork and x-rays. Kerlin was also given subcutaneous fluid to prevent dehydration. An antiemetic and an antifungal drug were provided. Kerlin’s gastrointestinal issue improved, and he was his spunky, self within the week.We were fortunate to have found him and his caring staff.
Jan 17, 2024 · amy ballTook my 3 week old kitten Diamond in the same day I called them. They never once hesitated about taking her in. Also they thought they were going to have to keep her overnight, but vet looked her over twice before I was told she was aloud to come home with me. Staff is very friendly. I always take my animal children to Plumbtree's when there is an issue. They always get me in ASAP.
May 17, 2022 · Christina Sceppaquercia (Mercedes Hobbs)I have 2 dogs and plumtrees have always taken great care of them. My youngest puppy had a bad pneumonia at 3 months old and she was not going to make if it wasn’t for the Plumtrees vets.
