★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Excellent customer service. Dr. Grace is sharp and tells it like it is, which I appreciate. The staff is exceptional and it is evident they really like their job and take special care to communicate well to each other and to the clients. So refreshing compared to all vets I have taken my furkid to in Florida.
August 26 · Marcy MalkinStarnesI’m a little late but it’s been on my heart to share my dog’s story. So here it is.I'm writing this review as a testament to my dog's resilience and about the importance of seeking multiple opinions. On January 14th, 2025, I took my 12 year old dog to the vet after he threw up and acted strangely. The diagnosis was a softball-sized mass likely attached to the spleen or liver, with a prognosis of 24 hours to live. I stressed that my dog was elderly so I for sure would not be putting him through any chemo or surgery. I was advised that this was common and that his symptoms would only worsen and he would soon stop eating. I was given the Laps of Love information for at home euthanasia as well as the offices info and told I would he only had 24 hours. I booked, cancelled, rescheduled multiple appointments.Given the dire prediction, I was prepared to say goodbye. However, something didn't feel right. Over the next four days, my family prayed, changed his diet to a carnivore regimen, and added Turkey Tail Mushroom powder. Despite the vet's certainty that his symptoms would escalate, my dog defied expectations.Fast-forward to today, July 24th, 2025, and my dog is thriving. He's active, eating, playing, and barking. I'm not attributing his recovery to any one factor, but I do question the vet's initial prognosis. Their certainty about his limited time left and the inevitability of his decline didn't align with his actual outcome.I'm sharing this story to encourage others to advocate for their pets and for pet owners as well as vets to consider alternative perspectives. I want to emphasize the importance of caution when discussing end-of-life care. I understand that euthanasia is sometimes the most humane option, but my dog's case has made me realize that it's crucial to explore all possibilities before making such a significant decision. Even one more healthy month with my baby would have mattered to me.To other pet owners, I would say: trust your instincts, advocate for your pets, and don't give up hope. To veterinarians, I would suggest: let's work together to ensure that we're giving pets the best possible chance at life, and let's approach end-of-life discussions with caution. This experience has been a valuable lesson for me, and I hope that by sharing it, I can help others navigate similar situations.
July 24 · Jasmine BI cannot say enough about the staff and service. They were always attentive to our little boy , Tango but when we had to say goodbye to him, difficult as it was, it was handled with kindness and compassion. They even individually signed a sympathy card for our pup. It meant so much to us. The cremation was handled with the same kindness and compassion, always shown by this team. We will never forget our Tango nor will we ever forget the gentle care country Chase staff took of him right up to the time we had to say goodbye. Thank you all. ❤️Susan and Mark OBrien
August 12 · Susan ObrienI cannot say enough good things about CountryChase. Dr. Grace is fantastic and so gentle with my animals and makes even my anxious dog calm and relaxed. Dr. Jordan did an incredible job on my other dogs dental and was amazing at explaining everything to make sure I felt comfortable. Jess the technician is so incredibly talented and is always so excited to see my fur babies. There is no where else I would bring my kiddos.
July 25 · Amber ElalemWe cannot say enough good things about CountryChase Veterinary Hospital! Our two pups are always very nervous when visiting the vet, but the staff does a phenomenal job of calming them down and simply loving on them. We are so grateful for them and don't have a problem driving a little farther for them even though there are numerous clinics closer to our house. We know we can trust Dr. Grace and the entire staff with our pups and that gives us the peace of mind we need to keep coming back.
