★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My horse recently had a severe laceration injury and Dr. Megan Eick has been giving him wonderful care. Last year my pony had laminitis and she gave him tremendous care as well. Dr. Eick is kind, knowledgeable and a stellar vet as well as a proficient one. She communicates everything that needs to be done and what the next steps are. She is very caring and it shows that this is her calling in life! I trust Cross River Veterinary Service to provide the best, topnotch care for my horse and pony. Very relieved to have such a wonderful and reliable equine veterinary service.
April 04 · Katie WileyDr meg is absolutely incredible patient understanding easy to talk with I work with her as a client as well a farrier for other clients and the experience has always been incredible. Great team player and the office staff just top notch. Helps explain if things get overwhelming or confusingI haven’t had the pleasure to work much with dr Kelly but the times I have been lovely
September 28 · Claire PizzaVery disappointed. I have been a customer with them for some time. My horse was down and needed an emergency vet. When I called, I was told that they could not find me in their system. And since I was not a customer, they may not be able to help. They called be back and said they could not help me because all their doctors were on emergency visits. And they could not help me. They did not care that my horse needed emergency care. I find it hard to believe that all three vets where on emergency visits at the very same time. They obviously did not want to help. I did eventually find a vet who I never used before. Unfortunately, my horse had to be put down.
April 30 · AMG AMGBe very very careful with this Vet. We recently moved to the area and needed a someone to come check out one of our horses. The receptionist was very nice, and honestly after the first call I thought we would be customer for life but boy was I wrong! At first she said they could come out and since it wasn’t really an emergency we would have to pay for a “same day visit” but not an emergency visit. A little later, we got a call back that the doctor would come, however there would be a charge for an “emergency visit” and a non customer visit. That was not what was discussed so I was not happy. Then she even went as far to insult me by telling me that if the money if too much, she could recommend “ a cheaper vet that might me more what I’m looking for”. WOW! So if you want to be insulted, treated poorly, and nickel and dined by someone who just cares about $$$ rather than gaining a new customer then this is your vet! Stay away!
September 27 · Frank SabolI have confidence that I get the best care for my horses when I go to Cross River. They are caring and compassionate as well. Their online pharmacy is extremely convenient!
