My family has been coming to crosspointe animal hospital for our furry friends for as long as I can remember. I now bring my pittie Ozzie there and cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gigrich. I am a bit of a nervous Nellie and they always respond promptly when I reach out about any of my concerns and are kind/understanding. Dr. Gigrich takes her time to explain things to me thoroughly and I never feel rushed even though I’m sure there is a busy schedule for their staff most days. Everyone at the front desk is very welcoming and goes out of their way to help make my dog feel more comfortable while there. I am so thankful for all of the staff at Crosspointe and the hard work that they do to keep our furry friends safe and healthy.

We had an amazing experience with Crosspointe Animal Hospital. We initially called them to get a second opinion when we were told by another clinic that our senior dog had an illness with not much time left. We saw Dr. Burbrink and she developed a treatment plan for us that allowed us to not only have our sweet boy for over another year, but maintained his high quality of life. When we believed it was time to say goodbye, Dr. Burbrink provided us with guidance and assistance to make the very difficult decision. And finally, Dr. Burbrink and LVT Katie ushered our sweet boy across the rainbow bridge during an at-home visit. The visit was so beautiful under the circumstances, and it is a memory that, while incredibly painful, will always be cherished. This practice is the epitome of professionalism and they care so much for our furry family members.

I came in for my first visit for what was meant to be a pretty relaxed checkup, but in the car on the way over my cat started hyperventilating and by the time I got there she was in a bad way. So I walk in, as a new patient, more or less freaking out. They got her back with a vet right away, took wonderful care of her (and calmed me down) and then helped work with me on a care plan.Everyone was thoughtful and caring and from the amount of care she got you’d think she was the only animal in the building. I will absolutely be making this place my permanent vet!

Good practice. Been taking my younger pup for 2 yrs now. Better than a lot of others nearby. Really like Dr. Burbrink. May try to stick with her moving forward. Wish they had Sat hrs.Only real complaint:One of the other vets wouldn't listen when I transferred my senior dog to their practice. They discontinued her antibiotic in favor of a supplement, and she immediately got another bladder infection. She cleared it. We did a follow-up, and the infection came back. Rinse and repeat. Eventually, they put her back on her antibiotic, but not before I spent a ton of money on testing and medication. We had already been through five or six rounds of this with our last vet, and I made sure that they had all of those records in advance. Really frustrating.

I cannot recommend Crosspointe highly enough! There are definitely not enough stars! We have been with them for 25 years and can’t even begin to think of going anywhere else! Questions, thoughts, and concerns, they are always ready, willing to help! Needless to say, they have helped us through the happy and the sad and have been so supportive and caring! One of the best parts of this practice is they “get me”. I am a pet parent, not an owner but a parent and they understand! All the associates are pleasant, kind, and very helpful, and if they don’t know the answer, they are more than willing to find out! Working at a veterinary practice isn’t easy but they do it with grace. Sometimes there is no way to put it all into words!
