Crossroads Veterinary Hospital Reviews
Took my cat Blessing to them today for her check up and rabies shot. They were wonderful with her. She is a spicy cat and needed some meds to calm her down because of other experiences we have had. They were so gentle with her. She is home resting now and we will be going to them for all her needs.Great people that really do care about your pets.
Mar 08, 2025 · Trina PudlinerI have been watching the events unfold for the past week or so with everything that has been going on and I’m going to leave this here. Nobody is going to know what happened to that dog last week because nobody is being honest and accurate with the information. I think money and pride have overcame everything else that actually matters in this situation. What I have heard is the way you have talked to my family members is absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional even for a business like a convenient store. Someone lost their pet. With 100 questions and accusations on why someone went in for a checkup and 8 hours later is no longer here. I just sat in on a call where before you were open to the situation and explaining it to the other party involved. Now, you’re cowarding behind legality talk. Disabling user accounts? Looks pretty guilty to me. I chimed in real fast when your staff turned nasty on the phone. That tone changed real fast. Is it because you’re not attempting to bully an elder gentleman or a female. Instead having to handle myself in a different manner. If you guys would like to talk. Reach out to my email.we can set up an appointment when it’s convenient for me. Seeing as you beat around the bush when it comes to others. From there I’ll pull my review down. But this is up because of the way you guys are treating these 2 people. Someone lost a pet way to soon. Work with them, don’t be snobby with them because you’re afraid of the situation at end. Have a lovely day.
May 22, 2025 · Taylor PizziReview for Crossroads Veterinary Hospital – Painesville, OhioI highly recommend Crossroads Veterinary Hospital in Painesville. The entire team is caring, attentive, and always goes above and beyond for our pets. We have three animals who are patients there, and we consistently receive excellent care. Recently, we experienced the heartbreaking loss of one of our 10-year-old cats, and Michael was especially compassionate and understanding during such a difficult time. His kindness meant so much to our family. Crossroads is truly a place where you and your pets are treated with genuine care and respect.
May 31, 2025 · Thomas McCartanWe brought it in our pocket puppy Gus Gus for a lump on his neck. We were worried. Doc and assistant got everything handled with him so gently and thoroughly that they resolved his issue with minimal pain (abscess), and he was so happy afterwards! So were we! (In the pick, brother Zim is comforting him)😍
