★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Highly recommend!Every encounter I’ve ever had the pleasure of having with doc and his staff have been great! I’ve never known a vet to care as much this vet. I’ve never seen a vet literally sit in the floor and play with fur babies while doing exams before meeting Dr. Hinder. I can’t say enough great things about this office! Also, amazing light show around Christmas!! Thanks for all you guys do for our fur babies 💜
November 27 · Hope BushSuper impressed! We are newly relocated back to the area from Louisville. His pricing and care of your fur baby are exceptional. He came highly recommended by many that I know and I'm glad I took their word for it.
March 10 · Tabatha HaneyI had to make the decision to euthanize our Golden, who had been a member of our family for 13 years. She was ready on a weekend before the 4th of July holiday and finding a vet who would come to my house was all but impossible. Monday morning Downhome reached out. Drove after hours, stayed with us for almost 2 hours. Treated our Ginger with all the love she deserved. Gave us all the time we needed. He really understood we were losing a member of our family. I couldn't have asked for better for her. And then I got her remains... the care that was obvious in the details were beyond my expectations. For the hardest part of being a pet owner, Dr. Hinder was graceful, knowledgeable, and beyond kind. You can't ask for better. If he were closer to my house, he would be the vet for all my pets.
July 15 · Genevera McColganWe have known Grant since childhood. He and my son were friends and he grew up with my fur babies and loved them almost as much as we did. A few weeks ago we had to let one go. He was 15, blind and deaf. Suffering so much that he screamed from the pain in his eyes. I’m so thankful that he and Poe came to the house to help him. It’s the first time I was with one of my babies when they left. He explained every step and Finley’s reaction. He didn’t do anything until I was ready. Poe stayed right by my side and I think she shed a few tears too. They stayed here until we had all calmed down. They are the most compassionate animal Dr. and staff I have ever known. I wouldn’t trust my babies with anyone else.
July 17 · doris BrownThey charged me 254$ to get my cat spayed ok whatever cool pricey but she needed it. I DO NOT appreciate them shoving my cat back in the crate i brought her in after they were done with her to pee all over herself. They cut her nails all the way down to her skin which i did not ask for and they also cut her paw hairs all except one back one which throws her off balance and why would you cut the others and not that one they did my baby wrong. In the image you can see all the dried up pee on her from where they shoved her in there this was right after i had gotten her
